What is "in the round"?! The stage being in the middle of the floor, I guess? Which it is. I like to be on the floor and wouldn't be coveting the only seats I was offered in the presale (block 114).

If Prince sells out all 7 nights at the O2 at £30 per ticket, he will still net less money than the stones for three shows at £70-£150! That said, the Stones have to split their money four ways whilst Prince keeps all the profit himself.

Prince makes £4,369,400 if he sells out all 7 nights - which, at those prices, considering his European fanbase, is a strong possibility. All 02 presale tickets went in 25 minutes. Of that, he won't have transportation costs.

i'd have thought you'd prefer to be elevated rather than on the floor for Prince, as you'll get the full effect of his amazing stage from above. unlike on the floor

well, the 02 shows end a week before I arrive in London, so assuming 1st August is opening night he'll still be in London during 'Stones week'. I'll definitely be looking to get tickets for one of the three nights where (to quote the late john Inman) "I'm 'free'". Hammersmith and Brixton are two nice venues for sure.

I take back what I said earlier, my original registration must not have gone through, as I registered again and I received an e-mail acknowledgement, which I did not get first time around.

The KOKO club show link (to Ticketmaster) for tickets was only available through this official website. One would presume it will be the same for the other smaller scale shows he does in London.

Prince live is an amazing experience. He's one of the best guitarists out there. I caught one of his Vegas shows at the Rio and it was amazing. I went to the Stones at the MGM, then immediately after trucked it over to the Rio for the late night Prince show. I would love it if he's does some club shows around the Stones dates in London. He puts on a great show with real musicians. No drum tracks or pre-recorded crap.

Praise to Prince! Great touring idea, normal prices. Rolling Stones and Cohl are you reading this???

Just tried for fun if you would get tickets.
You do not know your seat even not with the VIP Packing
And in most shows I can't even get a ticket.
So it might be cheap to see Prince, but you might and up near the attick

Been trying since the dot of 9 a.m. and so far have been offered NO tickets whatsoever for any night!! Even if I try to get only one seat best available, there is nothing! Try for the special package at £235, though, and you do get offered a seat...

Managed to get tickets for the 4th and 17th. Lower Tier. They went very f.ucking fast. Can't beat those prices. £31.21.

It looks to me like the VIP/Golden circle tickets are ALL the floor seating and possibly the unexplained grey rectangle around the Symbol stage.

The best idea seems to be to keep refreshing the Prince list of dates page, accessible from the TM Home page, as they are addeding dates as each one sells out and putting the links there.

Looks like the smaller venues must be a better option and f*ck the O2!!!

Bit bizarre this,to say the least-on www.ticketline.co.uk I've been offered GA for Sat 18th,but I'll be in a muddy field in the middle of Ireland,so that's no good!

EDIT: Ticketline have realised their mistake and are now saying that these will be seats,the location of which will be allocated later.

You see,it's not only Stones fans that this garbage happens to!
