Are you in the U.S.?
It's today. Exclusive to Best Buy, most likely forever (Four Flicks is still unavailable anywhere else in the U.S., private sellers notwithstanding).
As for the rest of the world, I have no idea.

Official it's today in the US. A lot of us got it day's ago.....
