It´s been 32000 tickets sold for Barcelona and Madrid, of 100.000 tickets available for both concerts, due to Servicaixa by La Caixa.
From 7am to 8pm has been 3200 tickets sold, around 16.000 in each city, distributed in 45000 for Madrid and 55000 for Barcelona.Internet has been the main source for sales around 65% total sales today.
Citizens fro, 45 provinces around Spain and 25 different nacionalities have bought tickets.
36.5% La Caixa clients have bought tickets, 67% have been men whom have made that option, with a average of 37 years old.
The youngest buyer has 15 years old and THE OLDEST 86!!!

Vendidas 32.000 entradas para conciertos Rolling Stones de Barcelona y Madrid


Los Rolling Stones han vendido unas 32.000 entradas, de las 100.000 que se han puesto a la venta, para los dos conciertos que ofrecerán el próximo 21 de junio en Barcelona y el día 28 del mismo mes en Madrid, según ha informado hoy el servicio de ventas de entradas Servicaixa de La Caixa.

Desde las 07.00 hasta las 20.00 horas, Servicaixa ha distribuido 32.000 localidades -unas 16.000 en cada ciudad-, de las 55.000 disponibles para el Estadio Olímpico de Montjuic de Barcelona y de las 45.000 para el Estadio Vicente Calderón de Madrid.

Esta central de ventas, que ofrece las localidades a través de los terminales bancarios, Internet y teléfono, ha señalado que Internet ha sido el canal de distribución más utilizado, con el 65% de las ventas.

Ciudadanos de hasta 45 provincias y 25 nacionalidades han adquirido hoy alguna entrada para presenciar la gira mundial de 'A Bigger Bang' de 'Sus Satánicas Majestades'.

Un 36,5% de las entradas se han vendido a clientes de La Caixa, el 67% de estas han sido efectuadas por hombres con una media de edad de 37 años, mientras que el comprador más joven tiene 15 años y el de más edad 86 años.

Las entradas se podían adquirir a partir de las 07.00 horas de hoy a unos precios que oscilan entre los 65 euros, las más baratas, y los 185,50 euros, las más caras, en Barcelona, y entre 70,5 y 185,5 en Madrid, con precios intermedios en ambas localidades de 71,5, 100,5 y 139,5 euros.

A estos conciertos se sumará el que ofrecerán el 23 de junio en el Estadio de Anoeta de San Sebastián, cuyas entradas no han sido puestas todavía a la venta.

Los Rolling Stones actuarán también en El Ejido (Almería) el 30 de junio, dentro de una gira europea que comenzará el 5 de junio en Werchter (Bélgica) y concluirá el 21 de agosto en Londres, tras pasar por más de veinte países.

The tickets at the other corner of the stadium (ie, furthest away from the end where the stage is) are priced 65, 71.50 and 100.50

You are THOROUGHLY congratulated, becuase I bought in this section as well - although at the time I hadn't got a clue what I was buying due to there being no seating plan available - but a damm good location on KR's side close to the stage section 214 has turned out to be. Well done to both of us !!

Hey Paulywaul - congratulations - you spent about as long as I did trying to get tickets all last night on different web sites!! I also have a ticket in section 214 - where are you? I am row 2, seat 23 - could of got better but of course I couldnt complete the transaction last night. Had to wait for this morning for RS.com to work. I also bought a GA from El Corte INgles!!! So I would say I am completely covered now. Just finalized by airline tickets and I'm sooo excited!

Yes, I did finally get one after several hours and trying I think all the various sites (except ticktakticket via rs.com). I got it using their map which is the most specific in terms of showing all the sections/blocks around the stadium. But I actually ordered thru el corte ingles as it seemed the easiest.

(I posted about some of this right after I got it, BTW).

Anyway, I got a seat in section 136, seems quite good. But now, I am reconsidering whether I should have just got a pitch ticket and go into a Spanish frenzy amongst the frenzied masses. Suppose I could always sell that 136 ticket.

BTW, where are you from in Calif? I grew up in Sac, went to college in Berkeley.

I bought 4 seats, we're within 11 seats of you at the nearest - same block same row. See ya there.

The elcorte ingles store is in placa catalunya which is a couple of hundred metres from hotel I am staying at las ramblas.Getting there wednesday afternoon so should be O.K. with a couple of Stones tix in my grubby little hands !!!! Gotta be better than servicaixa and picking them up at the venue same day!!!!

are the GA tickets from the elcorte ingles site priced at 71.50 euros, pitch tickets as i will be collecting mine on the wednesday afternoon too and will hotel in same area looking to meet up with other stones fans from UK

Hey Plexi - I'm from London originally but have been in the Bay Area for over 20 years. We'll all have to wear our new IORR T-shirts! I'm staying at the hotel BV recommended right by the stadium. Have GA ticket too so I'm stoked.

I cannot find section 136 on the map at all (are we talking Madrid?) where the heck is it - when I look at the map it looks like sections 213 and 214 are the best on Keith's side.

They are talking about Barcelona. 136 it's a good place.

Folks, HELP! Servicaixa doesn't accept my credit card. I don't know the reason. Anyone having the same problem? What can someone do in this case?

Hey stickydion where have you been the last 24 hours!!!! There are hundreds of posts indicating servicaixa only takes spanish credit cards! Try el corte ingles but you have to pick up tickets day before show at one of their stores.

You got it, not me. Somehow mine did not go through. I just called Wells Fargo Visa and they have no record of a transaction.

So, does anybody have an extra -- on the pitch, or anywhere for Barcelona?
