don't blame Keith

don't blame keith for falling from a tree.

some of you are crying all theirs because they could lost some money (flight, hotel...) because keith is ill. HE is ill, you're not ill, and you cry for a little lost money.
when you buy a ticket for a concert, you should know that a human being can be ill, can even DIE. and the concert never happen. that's the first thing.
the second thing is that keith belongs to himself, he's not your slave. he do what he want to do. if he want to drink, take drungs, climb on a tree, he don't have to ask your permission (or approval) - excuse me, my english is not very good.

you can blame him for posing or raing his foot on stage instead of playing, i understand - you can blame the stones for the price of their tickets, i understand -but please don't blame keith (or other people) when they have health problems.

i agree haristone. but i'm sure many people on this board (me too!) are just upset for having been so unlucky! I probably won't be able to see the stones this summer anymore. it's obvius nobody's fault.

I don't blame Keith for this, anyone can have an accident and I just bet he would love to be upstage on Friday night in Barcelona playing Jumpin Jack Flash or Start me up. The only thing I'm upset about is the way the information or lack of information got to us. One day we are told Keith is feeling great and can't wait to get back on the road the next day we are told 15 concerts have been postponed/cancelled.Had dates been rearranged quicker I could of changed flights to the same cities for a small fee instead they have gone for good. Like most people I'm annoyed, frustrated and upset because I should of been watching the band I love this friday night. THE ROLLING STONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it was actually a tree & not a jet ski or boat,he made a mistake while he was in the tree.It wasn't the fact that he climbed a tree,it's just that he made a mistake with his climbing technique.People make mistakes. It's not much different than a car accident. Those usually are caused by mistakes as well. Also, for what it's worth,I read a report that stated the blood clot was already present before the mishap & that it could have turned out to be fatal if it wasn't detected during the examinations that were performed because of the accident.

Keith is the only fool to blame! We are all glad he is fine but that's about it. And don't come up with that stupid crap he didn't do it on purpose. Of course he didn't.

Blame Sir Isaac Newton. If he hadn't discovered gravity, none of this would have happened!

Blame Mick.........if Mick had not gone to Vietnam on holiday and stayed with Keith and Ronnie in Fiji he would have been there to say to Keith:

"Who's climbing......and what for?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"..............
.......................and that would have been the end of it.............

Of course you have to blame Keith ....... I'm sorry but you do not climb tree's in the middle of a $400 million dollar tour. A very stupid stunt.

Maybe Mick pushed him out so he'd have time to film his sitcom over the summer.

The plot thickens some more...

oh, eat me.

These bloodsuckers charged $450 a ticket for shows, I think even Keith has to be a little bit more responsible than what he demonstrated in Fiji. They have more money than god, and we don't.

LSTNT, please leave the thread, you're making much too much sense.

You can tell what kind of work people do on here by what they say. The ones that sell ice cream at a shopping mall say it ain't Keith's fault. The people that have serious jobs that are harder to get understand what LSTNT said. When you're making good money (or in Keith's case, INSANE money) there's this little F*cking thing called responsibility. When 1000's of peoples jobs count on you and millions of people have paid (too much) good money to watch you for 2 hours 3 times a week you better get your f*cking thinking on straight and don't act CARELESS. Time for 6.2 year old Keith to become the 62 year old Keith. F*ck it........

With that said I blame it on the MOJO.......

And let's not forget Ronnie's little drinking problem won't do him any good either during his performances. Keith will be fine by july (maybe he'll even stop drinking for a while), but will Ronnie be?
