My (original) Black And Blue LP also has the lyrics sheet. I think it's also there in the 1994 Virgin CD edition.
Funnily, the (original) Emotional Rescue LP was available in two versions in the German-speaking area: one with the lyrics printed on the inner sleeve, one with a blank inner sleeve (not sure now about the Virgin CD). Both editions had the poster.

I think mine has a poster in it as well as lyrics. I'll have to check but I remember a poster of some kind inside.Quote

an insert OF the lyric sheet. I am just saying, I have NEVER seen one, despite having the original release vinyl!
Bought my copy somewhere in the mid 80s and it has the lyric sheet as well.Quote

My original vinyl from 1976 has exactly the lyrics sheet to be seen in Irix's post a bit higher up. Maybe that was added in Western Europe only (I've seen it in France in 1979 although I don't know where the specific copy had been bought).

Have never seen the tour flyer supposed included with the first editions.

Much interesting question is - what particular variant of mastering will be used?Quote

GRRR! BluRay-Audio was 96kHz/24bit (HiRes-Download 88.2kHz/24bit) - but it's questionable if the 1989-2005 Tracks are true HiRes and not upscaled ....
