I had purchased four last year for Amsterdam and it wasn't an issue. They just handed me two envelopes, despite the "rules", which seemed to be pretty arbitrary at most venues last year - unlike in previous years, when the rules were more strictly observed. No one with lucky dips was escorted into any venue. They just gave you the envelope and wristbands and that was it.

b. I don't think to many people were able to secure 6 LDs… This option was not only changed very quickly but I also guess that not too many people outside IORR got the news that LD tickets went on sale.

That's why I'm Lucky Dipping all 6 UK shows. I was confident there would be LDs and I was only going to LD Cardiff & Edinburgh and London 2 but when I saw how cheap they were, I decided to do the lot.
With 6 shows, I'm bound to get lucky somewhere

Depends on the location. Usually you just show the credit card to get the tickets. But in Paris for example you did not get to the counter unless you had the lucky dip ticket. And there is only two - so two people. Risky.

I was looking at Edinburgh LD tickets.
It stated that seats, should that be what you get, are not guaranteed to be next to each other.
Also thinking about getting LD for Prague as its just a field I guess there is a good chance of getting GC or Pit ? What was Lucca like last year?

I'd be surprised if they cancelled single ticket purchases, but they might cancel tickets in excess of two.

So apparently selling single LD's, let alone 6 of them, was a mistake on AXS's part.
It appears so. Jesus, how difficult could that arrangement have been to have organised properly? Im sure the promoters arent too happy at potentially hundreds of people snapping up groups of 6 tickets for £200 when theyre still trying to sell seats at that price for ONE ticket.

Berlin and Stuttgart sale is very slow. Should be more LD's coming.
Berlin added a few more expensive seats a few hours ago.
After 6 hrs into the General Sale not much is gone compared to last night.

Amazing price for Lucky Dips... We wanted to attend Cardiff as a family so was happy to pay the price to be all seated togeher. Have told plenty of friends and colleagues to get 'em while they can.
Maybe my better half and I will attend the 'Midlands' show via some Lucky dips.

Last tour, the rules were the same as stated above. But they just gave you the envelope. They didn't care after that what you did with it or the wristbands. Of course, this is not to say that they won't be stricter this time around. No one knows what they might do until the tour gets under way and even then it might vary from one venue to another.

Just brought to LD for the Berlin show, in the evening my daughter told me that on this day will be her prom.... I have no idea if it`s possible to give them away, but if someone is interested and have an idea how, let me know.

When I got mine for Manchester t said only split tickets available but then the confirmation email states General Admission. I think AXS must of ran a work experience week and put a bunch of clueless school kids in charge of this whole thing. Madness.Quote
