Calm down; as Gazza says, they'd be remiss not to have a meeting about it. Impact of one Stones show on a weekday is significantly less than what five Garth shows on the trot would've been. Brooks' target audience was folks in their thirties and forties who sang along to Friends in Low Places in the college bar in the 90s, and are now old enough to be able to afford a helluva lot of booze and would want to drink it. It'd be loud during. It'd be loud before. It'd be loud and messy afterwards.
A Stones crowd will be more, ahem, genteel. There'll still be boozing and dancing and shouting and excitement but not on the same level.
Residents will go for it, I reckon...

Just spoke with booking staff at the Principality Stadium, apparently nothing has been signed yet as negotiations are ongoing but they are hopeful the Stones will play.
