The little man is back walking, not paused.
On both W1 and W2
Maybe some CC/debits declined?
I left them running on my Cell and Laptop.

They never were going to sell you any tickets. This is selective blocking which is how ticketing companies prevent server crashes.

You lucked out even getting in - too bad nothing you wanted to buy. No pairs I assume? If you can still get back in I'm doing something wrong.

That was the only ticket I found.
I kept clicking the sold out GA, like someone was doing a few pages back and some showed up, none showed up in my case.

Did anyone snag a pit ticket?

If anyone comes up with a spare pass for the first weekend in the $999 and under range (face value), let me know.
I booked a refundable hotel room at Embassy Suites 10 miles away when initial rumours started last month, and will not cancel until there's no hope left - never give up!.

I'm set for weekend two, although suffering a bit of trauma from the 5 hours of waiting in line today . ha
The minute it was confirmed this morning I booked a room at Indian Palms Vacation Club only a mile away (kitchen, separate bedroom, etc), and with a AAA discount the rate was only $115/night.
Thank goodness I got a ticket - I would have been pissed off otherwise. Gonna be a fun weekend, but I want to get in for the first weekend as well!

Hairball - one or two tickets? I bought two in section 405 for me and my girlfriend for $999 (really $1,070.00 - which is more than either of us can afford) so depending their may be a chance I will let mine go. But I need to let both or none go. Also waiting to hear on the actual Stones tour. My e-mail is sgcub@comcast.net. Let's keep in touch

Maybe the Stones will play a club gig in LA in between the two festivals

OK - I'll email you, but will only need one.

And forgot to add (to whoever can get me a pass as mentioned above), I'll have my car (4-Runner) both weekends and will gladly give rides within apprx.10 miles to and from the venue for up to 3-4 people.

How are you getting access to that page - can you provide a link ?
Or is it still while you are in 'waiting line'?
Thanks.

They'd never play the two biggest acts on the same day.

$10,000 to some people is like 20 bucks to me, they don't care about spending it.

Re: Desert Trip Ticket Prices

There are a lot of people who have been happy to spend $20,000-30,000 for a guided trip to burning man, and there is no concerts out there (a lot of dust, sexy people, some cool lightyUP stuff and being able to say they were there, but no advertised music). These packages have become a niche business over the last 5-10 years as the rich and silly have no problem dumping money to be catered to at these types of events.

haha, rich Dylan fans, haha

by the way: the most cynical move by the promoters is to release relative cheap extra tickets for local residents – people living around Palm Springs are not know to be especially poor, are they?

Thanks Billboard for that.
