Oh my, I hope this is what I think it is. A full paradiso concert. There's been rumors for a while now. Fingers are crossed for a release very soon.

I think that's why the footage from 1995 brixton has been placed under copyright by Eagle Rock.

Looks great! Hopefully we'll see more releases from the 90's : Voodoo Lounge tour (I think it was released on Laser disc ?), Bridges to Babylon tour...

Been thinking... If that's really the 20th anniversary edition, shouldn't it have been released last year?

Two shows and a documentary, very cool.

So of ONLY 2 shows, what's your wishlist? I'm thinking Brixton, 2nd Paradiso

Olympia and Paradiso.

Paradiso is known to have been dynamite and Brixton (I was there) was a treat and a half.
I remember they filmed the audience queuing outside before the show and there was at least one camera present when people were issued with tickets and wristbands a few days earlier but maybe that was for the BBC. I remember they showed it in the evening.

Let's hope it are the two Paradiso gigs, because the other two we already have in good quality and they have a lesser setlist. The two Paradiso shows are the must-have ones!

The 90 minutes docu could be very interesting and is probabely not the Tv version, because that took less than an hour.

Hummm... that's actually not realy great news about Paradiso. Nobody wants to have a compilation on one disc of those exellent shows.
Why always messing up releases, which could be so much better if they really wanted and put some more effort in it?

What’s a band to do when they find themselves with a hit album on their hands? Why not drop another one right behind it? That’s basically what the Rolling Stones did after the success of Voodoo Lounge, releasing the live album Stripped in November 1995.

When Voodoo Lounge arrived a year earlier, the Rolling Stones didn’t make a comeback so much as enjoy a strong shot in the arm. Producer Don Was encouraged the band to push itself, as songwriters and as musicians, to write and record the sort of classic R&B that made them famous. As a result, Voodoo Lounge became a big success, pulling the Stones – still cohesive as ever – into the ’90s.

The subsequent tour also proved to be wildly successful for the band. By the time the Rolling Stones loaded up and hit the road, their tour schedule was massive, lasting two years and becoming one of the highest-grossing tours of all time. This tour also found the band in fine form.

I think they are both of the Paradiso shows, would rather get either Brixton or Olympia with the different tracks as bonus material!

Someone who worked on the release ensured me ALL FOUR club-shows will be part of the "Stripped 20th" Bluray...
