...a more acceptable answer than graduating SDSU with a degree in Journalism...then going to work right out of college, for a daily metropolitan newspaper.......selling advertising space.
I am pretty sure that tickets are still available for the shows that have been announced so far with maybe Buenos Aires being sold out.

Cultural Contrast is a legit organisation. They have run many cultural-based trips to Cuba over the past 25 years.

Logistical PITA, especially for American citizens, with limited upside.
Cuba doesn't need the Rolling Stones. Hardly anyone there is a fan if their music. Madonna is much better known there. Cuba needs a lot of things more than a visit from an elderly rock band!

I know getting in to Cuba is no problem for most of us Europeans, and I will do my utmost to get over there, if the greatest band in the world are gonna play in front of the wonderful Cuban fans.
They really love their music and are fully aware of the status of The Rolling Stones.
Like POTUS suggests, they should not be playing there.
Well, they should not. We all know what "they" do there but if I get too specific this will get too politial
I agree the show is for the people and it would be great for the people of Cuba if the stones play there.

Price for this trip is about $3000 for only 3 nights in Havana. That's a lot of money for such a short trip. I personally wouldn't book anything until the concert is officially announced...if that happens at all. It's getting a little late to believe it will. Let's see.

I do hope that the naysayers for Havana are not simply peeved that their country of origin precludes them easy access. Cuba needs the Stones and if it does happen, and I sincerely hope it does, it will give the Band a monumental platform for whatever follows.

Agreed, only option for me on Ole is Cuba. let it happen. Don't hear any comments about Santo Domingo. Is that still possible? My cousin has $100 for Bogota..can't get there...timing doesn't work.
