I know, scalpers will have a field day, although I guess there will be wristbands etc to try to minimise the scalping.

I demand that they play several shows at Astoria and Sheperds Bush Empire.

For what it's worth, getmetickets has the Stones Wembley Stadium date as June 18th. This is a Sunday, though! I've heard the 17th mentioned elsewhere, maybe that's more likely?

Today's Sunday Mail states that The Rolling Stones have asked
about Hampden's availability next August.

Today's "Sunday Business Post" in ireland reports that a deal is close to being finalised for a show at Croke Park, Dublin in June or July.

Any idea if they're going to play the Millennium Stadium or is Wales to miss out again?

Hampden will be the Glasgow show, no Welsh gigs lined up at the moment.

Expect announcements for Wembley, Hampden, City of Manchester Stadium, Villa Park, Croke Park in November.

Brixton, Hammersmith, Manchester Apollo etc will be announced just before the European tour starts.

so Manchester, a city of about 3/4 of a million, is getting a stadium show AND a theatre show, yet major cities like New York, Chicago, LA and everywhere else in the world apart from London dont get theatre shows in addition to their stadium gigs...?

hmm...

Well if it's true Gazza the Apollo is 20 mins from my house, we could all have a blast and I know a club you'd all love for the aftershow party. However, I think the Maverick may still believe in Father Christmas.

Great news, man. I'm gonna put up my army tent outside of Astoria Theatre straight away, 'cause this time I'm definitely gonna attend one of them club gigs.

Can't see how you'd know that??? I'd imagine they haven't even thought about songs for and European /UK tours at the moment.

I think your making that up.
