It seems we aren't out of the woods yet as I just got a revised order from Frontgate downgrading me from T1/Bar to T2/Bar (Sold Out) instead of the agreed Bar refund, i.e T1/Garden !
So the amount is correct (no mention of a refund though) but not the content, besides its "Sold Out" ! Are they counting on some people just looking at the bottom line maybe or is that another error? Anyway I emailed AEG to get this fixed now rather than wasting more time when the wrong ticket arrives!

Thanks for the info, I missed this entirely, including the map! (But the Unwind Bar isn't there anymore, is it?) I was concerned that the hospitality crowd were going to be in front of me. But they ain't.

Yes a resend got their attention and they said they would be fixing that problem for me! Since the revised amount is correct it should be easier than for Chris. No refund so far though...

Success at last !!! Only as a result of me phoning "Greg S" directly in the US and talking it through, the UK call centre was absolutely useless. Anyhow, now that it's all sorted I just want to let the stress drift away and look forward to the shows (I'm off on my own to Toronto beforehand as a "taster").In over 40 years of going to gigs I've never had such a bad experience as AEG managed to conjure up. After the shows there will be letters of complaint, from me at least, and I hope everyone else who has suffered here.
