Yeah, she wore it twice out in public, and was photographed in it!

I like Patti. :-)

I like Patti too, well her interviews anyway. She seems to have a good sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously. I like that about her.

Here's some details regarding the below from the Wall Street Journal
Marketwatch :

"Leavell recently spent, by his recollection, about 35 hours — seven hours
over five days — jamming with the Stones in a recording studio in Weehawken,
N.J.
, possibly in preparation for something big. So, Chuck, what’s the scoop
with the band? I, a die-hard Stones fan, asked him semi-breathlessly. Leavell
laughed knowingly, as if he was asking me, 'What took you so long to ask, Jon?'
Leavell said nothing was decided in Weehawken, but he is rather hopeful that the
guys will soon play on stage. 'It’s 50 years! They know how important this is.'
During the recent Stones sessions, Leavell cheerfully reported, there was a
great spirit among the band mates. Everyone looked healthy and happy to be there."

2) Stones Planet Brazil continues: "confirms the information Stones Planet
Brazil said that the Stones did trials in New Jersey, leaving us free to reveal
that the sessions took place in the Tangerine Remastering, a small studio"

3) Tangerine Mastering is located at 1801 Willow, Weehawken, NJ, but it is a
very small facility which could not have been used for recording or rehearsal.

4) However, also located at 1801 Willow are the HarariVille Recording Studios...

Owner Rob Harari is part of a music production partnership with (Mick Jagger and
Don Was collaborator) Carlos Alomar.

"HarariVille Recording Studios is conveniently located just 1.25 miles from
midtown Manhattan via the Lincoln Tunnel. Our historic building has evolved into
an independent arts complex that attracts a wide range of talent – from local
bands to internationally acclaimed performers."

5) On May 4 (while these recording/rehearsal sessions were ongoing!),
SuperRevvy reported thusly (in the "name the new album" thread) :

How about a New York theme, since they are recording there

They are?

How about: "We Hawkin' Some New Jams"

6) Yes, that's right, while the sessions were still ongoing I posted a pic
of 1801 Willow, Weehawken. Cock-a-doodle-doo!

Also at 1801 Willow is The Syndicate...

"Our experienced and friendly staff design tailored marketing campaigns to help
clients meet specific goals and objectives, particularly within budgetary
parameters. While we’re able to impact many demographics nationwide, we primarily
concentrate on entertainment consumers between 13 – 30 years of age."

Among The Syndicate's clients is Universal Republic Records...

Recording a few new tracks for the new compilation of unreleased things,
mastering the compilation, rehearsing for upcoming shows, and developing
the marketing campaign, all under one roof.

Plus: Blue Peach Video Productions is also there, so the Stones documentarian
would not have to start from scratch with lighting, etc.

Jamaica's celbration of marking 50 years of independence is August 6th. You don't think they're gonna move the date back because the drummer didn't join until January 33rd of 1963 eh?

Is that the same as Feb. 2nd of 1963?

If so, that makes January 45th Valentine's day.

No. How can January 33rd be the same as February 2nd? February 2nd is 2 days after January 33rd.

I think it may be 2 days after January 31st, but then again I may have a leap year calendar.

The "Keith's bad health" reports are kind of vague and totally remind me of when, just before A BIGGER BANG was released, some serious news stories reported that because Ronnie had been in rehab, he only played on a couple of the album's songs. And then that turned out to be total garbage. I remember a journalist asking Mick about such reports, and Mick said, "No, Ronnie played on almost every song." Mick even seemed a little perplexed by the question.

So I'm dubious about the question (in the story that started this thread) about Keith's "ability to make it through a worldwide tour."

Such reports on Keith's health may be as bogus as the Ronnie-barely-played-on-A-BIGGER-BANG reports.
