I think we all missed this March 25 story. Perhaps that's for the best, as it
is quite light on facts...
Ronnie and Mick's Secret Stones Summit
Mar 25 2012 by Nick Dorman, [www.people.co.uk]
SOMETHING wrong, Ron? Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood looks like he didnt get much
satisfaction from a secret summit with bandmate Mick Jagger.
Ronnie had hoped to spend much of the day and finally nail down a reunion
tour for the groups 50th anniversary.
But the guitarist, 64, looked less than happy when he emerged from the
three-hour sitdown with Sir Mick, 68, which Ronnie had exclusively revealed
to The People the night before.
Speaking at a ballet premiere at Londons Coliseum, he excitedly told us: Im
having a great time at the minute. Im not sure what is going on with the
Rolling Stones reunion but Im meeting up with Mick tomorrow. So well see what
happens.
Next day Ronnie looked upbeat as he left his home in a light blue blazer,
yellow V-neck, trainers and trademark shades with a ciggie in his hand.
But when the Stone whose band had a hit with Waiting On A Friend arrived at
Micks home he had to use his mobile to call his pal to let him in. Three
hours later the duo were Out Of Time and Ronnie looked glum as he walked to a
waiting car.
An onlooker said: He seemed a bit downbeat.
Looking at the photo of Ronnie, I would wager Mick told him he looked to 'Ivy League' for a Stones tour, and they were going with Jeff Beck instead.

It's not like Mick doesn't wear a V-neck sweater and shirt with a sport jacket

just looks like someone walking out of a door IMO

People are seriously analysing Ronnie's facial expression (with his eyes hidden by sunglasses) for a clue into his and the band's future?

My analysis :
Ronnie looks to be in discomfort as he has been 'caught short' and the door behind him is the Gents toilet.

And as my Irish is a bit lacking, by 'caught short' you mean...no toilet paper or at least not enough to...do the job?

All Quiet As Rolling Stones Turn 50
by Paul Cashmere on April 8, 2012
This month marks the 50th anniversary of the Rolling Stones and while all is
quiet in the Stones camp for a concert, the only official event named to mark
the anniversary is a documentary, currently in production.
The Rolling Stones officially formed in April, 1962 with Mick Jagger
(vocals), Keith Richards (guitar, vocals), Ian Stewart (piano), Brian Jones
(guitar). Dick Taylor (bass) and Tony Chapman (drums).
They played their first gig as The Rolling Stones in London on July 12, 1962.
The nucleus of Jagger, Richards, Wyman, Watts and Jones was in place in
January 1963 when Charlie joined making the anniversary arguably from either
April, 1962 or January, 1963. Keith says January, 1963 is the date they go by.
When I wrote the story that Charlie had left the band in September, 2009, it
sent Stones fans into a frenzy yet with the 50th anniversary on the doorstep
now, the band is doing little to confirm they will even mark the occasion
with shows or new music.
Following the story, Stones spokesperson Fran Curtis issued the following
statement: “Contrary to a fabricated story that ran this morning on a small
music web site in Australia, drummer Charlie Watts has not left The Rolling
Stones.” Regardless of that denial, the 50th anniversary has arrived and it
is all quiet on the Stones front.

Is this gormless twit seriously trying to twist the Stones' lack of activity into some kind of 'proof' that his nonsensical theory was, in fact, correct?
It may have 'sent Stones fans into a frenzy' (well, some - don't give yourself THAT much credit, Paul) for about 12 hours, but it showed him up to be a misinformed attention-seeking gimp for even longer.
