I like it, - i think Mick did a good job. Sounds good to me, the only dissapointing track so far is Dont Be a stranger on the new disc, but I think Keep Up Blues and I Love You Too Much are great.

What do you guys think ?

Sorry, my mistake. For some reason I was thinking about the discussion about No Spare Parts, not Do You Think I Really Care. Thanks for the clip; i'll listen now....haven't recieved the CD yet, so this is quite exciting.

I was fearing the worst after hearing Jagger's new vocals on Don't Be A Stranger....ugh

- but the new vocals here on Do You Think I Really Care is excellent ! Not affected or anything....just lose and great. What a treat

Maybe Jagger should re-record the Exile Deluxe disc this year; as he seems to be more confident in layering his vocals over old recordings; now in 2011 ?

I think Jagger totally ruined a fantastic outtake. This is just really unlistenable. The original take has a band that is communicating -all fills by Wood are a reaction to what and how Jagger is singing, the same for the piano and Charlie and Bill. It's one of those golden moments in the studio where a band is totally gelling.

Now Jagger is just totally overpowering the music, screaming over the music. The band totally doesn't make sense anymore. Wood's licks are completely in the air, the piano is playing a different song than what Jagger is singing.

Horrible.

I agree...too much drivel and nitpicking...these out takes are fun....actually terrific..... I really don't know what people expected....i guess some people are never satisfied...

Its actually one outtake that in its original form would have worked perfectly on the bonus CD.

While its not 'quite' finished (hence Jagger shouting out key-changes), it would have been a nice inclusion because while it sounds a bit like a demo, its still polished enough for it to be perfectly listenable and enjoyable. And that would have been quite suitable for a CD which is - after all - supposed to be leftover songs.

I wouldnt go as far as Mathijs, as I like this version too, but I really dont think Mick needed to touch the original.

Never really cared for this song before but this is fantastic!

Can't believe how great his voice sounds.

I think Mick did a great job on this one ...love it
