Saw it last night - some 400 people in a 1.100 seat cinema with excellent soundsystem.
Fantastic consert - everybody was on their best. Musically and performing amazing. Energy level was HIGH.
Jagger on a level you don't see other singers / frontmen - Bono, Plant, Presley, Mercury etc. don't get anywhere close.
Rolling Stones outperformed whatever has been done and by any minute, and way superior than Led Z., U2, Macca, Queen or whoever you could consider being on their level.
I could see the show several times. Movie like this should really open oup the eyes for those that never considered Stones anything special.
To the ones that don't consider Stones being thes best - go and see the movie and you will find out.

I was fortunate enough to catch this film at my local cinema last night (I live in South Africa) and I wrote up a lengthy review for it at my blog.

Tod are you going to try to see it at the Arbor Cinema?

I would go to either (though the Arbor is a bit closer) if I knew which one would actually play the darned thing loud enough...

I have tickets for next week in Del Ray Beach, FL.
Just curious ..do they show Doug Kershaw on Far Away Eyes? Seems on Handsome Girls there are sound issues as well as Mick directing traffic so to speak...in terms of when Doug should solo.
