Got my copy this morning. I quite like it.
Everytime I hear Ronnie I can't believe the Stones never really used him as a resource for songs.
Some of these songs are pretty good and one can only imagine a true collaboration with Mick and Keith would have produced something great.

it's quite good, but very generic rock - it doesn't grow on you, it sounds great to hear the songs once, but they are all a bit shallow (songwriting) and simple. Nothing you can discover in there. That's at least my impression

Listening to samples on Amazon, I think it's not "quite good" (more like O.K., not horrible). I have to agree with Lorenz. Woody's earlier albums sound better to me IMHO.

I don't know nothing about the songs, but I just ordered on amazon, like a good loyal soldier

Listening to this right now on Spotify and Christ, the lyrics are absolutely awful. Musically it's what I'd expect from a RW album in 2010. I can tolerate his vocals, but man, the lyrics are just embarrassing.
Can't see this getting played more than once!

no songwriting at all and the good things reminds me to the Winos. Wasted time wasted energy.
