My lovely sister Margaret lost her battle with cancer today, she was only 66. She used to say she was born the same year as Mick Jagger, but she was younger than him, only by a couple of weeks but still she was as she put it younger than him. Don't really know why I'm telling you that really,I think I am still in shock, even though she had ben ill for a while and was not expected to recover, one still clings to hope and it is really difficult to think that I shall never hear her voice again, even though I live in Manchester and she lived in London we spoke every week for years and not just a quick call we used to talk for hours. She lived not far from Twickenham ,so when the Stones played there it gave me a chance to visit her and see the Stones. I am gratefull to have had such a wonderful sister, she even came with me and my son Kristofer to see the Stones in 2003, first time she had ever seen them live , and I am pleased to say she was impressed.
That's sad news Adotulipson, you have my sympathy. It's a terrible disease. Take strength from the nice memories you have of and with your Sister to continue on.
Thank you all guys ,you are always in these circumstances the very best of people to know. Your kind words are very moving, thank you for the song Jos ,very thoughtfull.
