As the only serious rival for that claim have done nothing in the last 18 months apart from attend four film premieres, thats hardly difficult.

It's EASY being the biggest band in the world! My band will be next I am sure!! ) I was on a run through town yesterday and heard 'Boots' blasting out of a car, then two minutes later I heard 'Magnificent' from another. The album is catching on. U2 is back, and still as huge as ever. Well, maybe not Joshua Tree/ Achtung huge, but huge anyway. In my neck of the woods, the show is on a school night (I teach), but I hope to attend anyway. Personal day. I think U2 is the only band I'd still spend money to see in a stadium.

The hypocrisy of it all, the facades, the preaching,the marketing, the tax havens, the silly glasses and beany cap, all those songs that don't rock, the photo ops, these are desperate times indeed.

Why bother about this music landslide. In Paris, they will sell out the 2 shows in 50 minutes or less. Maybe they are the greatest act on earth currently. But wait...Mick is thinking about 720 ° show.

Hi Carlitos. I'll try to find tickets through BARÇA - (I'm supporter).
From tuesday 17 to wenesday 18, there's a list where supporters will ask for tickets (only 2 tickets per person and 7000 supporters can apply) On Thursday 19 FCBARCELONA will notify through SMS and his web page who have tickets or not and finally in case of being succesful from saturday 21st to Monday 23th, supporters allowed will purchase in tickmaster special entrance for this occasion. According BARÇA, prices will be 150€, 85€ and 50€ plus delivery charges. Not bad.
Not 100% sure but a second concert seems to be possible according rumours from FCBARCELONA employees

They are going to play almost every track of their new disc. U2 played almost every single track off of HTDAAB at every show.

My guess for show openers are 1st Magnificent, 2nd Get On Your Boots.

I really like Moment of Surrender, Unknown Caller and Stand Up Comedy.

Amsterdam also sold out - twice.

Dublin, Milano, Gothenburg, Amsterdam....probably almost every city will have a second show. London, Paris, Barcelona fans will sure have their chance.It's only a matter of time. Lets wait and see...

From TM looks like UK tickets range from £30-150, standing tickets where available at £55.

For the opening show in Barcelona : 20.000 seats are alreday sold to the socios before the fans can access to the presales !! Then other seats are allocated to tour operators, companies, brokers,...
At the end for the public sale sthing like 20.000 tix on 100.000 will be available. Then Bono can say they have sold out Camp Nou in 20 mns !!!

Yes, it needs to be said that all those U2 concerts make BONZO the Bernie Madoff of the music world. The world needs U2 like a moose needs a hat rack!!!!

I'm looking forward to the tour.
When i read about the 360 degree stage i thought it would be in the middle of the field but on the picture on there website it shows the stage at normal place with sitting on the back of the stage. Didn't they have people sitting behind the stage on the Elevation tour and maybe even the last one just like the stones had with there No Security tour?
