He doesn't know where it originally came from as it was send to him as a typed letter years ago. yeah I believe it is Chip Monck in the 1st pic next to Stu. i agree - in pic 3 Keith is tuning his guitar, and the photographers are now taking pics of the crowd...so it's quite possibly just as Jagger has asked for the lights to come on in between songs !
