The announcement of Sundays headline act is obviously being held back to avoid the festival selling out on the strength of one act. It will probably be announced a fortnight after tickets have been on sale. Hopefully some more information will materialise over the next couple of days.

The refund will be in Euros and then credited to your bank acount or credit card and there is normally a small fee charged by the bank to convert Euros to £ or $. However saying that when I returned my ticket for the cancelled Amsterdam concert on the Licks tour my bank did not charge anything as they considered the amount nominal.

Hi, I need to send back my ticket for the Belgium concert that I bought using my credit card. I have downloaded the pdf form to send back with the ticket but I am confused with the section at the bottom that deals with my account details. Like I said I bought the ticket with my credit card however a refund back onto the credit card appears to be an only available option for non EU residents. A
