Hi, I need to send back my ticket for the Belgium concert that I bought using my credit card. I have downloaded the pdf form to send back with the ticket but I am confused with the section at the bottom that deals with my account details. Like I said I bought the ticket with my credit card however a refund back onto the credit card appears to be an only available option for non EU residents. As a resident of the EU I need to provide an IBAN and SWIFT BIC. I am assuming that they require my bank account number and sort code but I would be grateful if someone could clarify this for me as the IBAN requires 16 digits which is longer than my account number but the right number for my credit card.

another way ,which worked for me fine (bought tix on eventim.de)
is ,have a call with the service center and give them ana alternitive bank account.
then,before you send the tix back, insert an sheet where the new account is printed.

Will this refund be in euros and if thunderball is not using euros say $$ or ££ will it not cost in exchange rate or charges ??.

The refund will be in Euros and then credited to your bank acount or credit card and there is normally a small fee charged by the bank to convert Euros to £ or $. However saying that when I returned my ticket for the cancelled Amsterdam concert on the Licks tour my bank did not charge anything as they considered the amount nominal.

I sent back my tickets 3 weeks ago, together with the pdf form. I filled in both my bankaccount and my creditcard number. Today I got the refund on my bankaccount :-)
