QuoteDes As one of "them" (Western Canuk) it is Canad"ian" by majority. Some of us do use the other spelling as our second language. Both are correct, just what language your speaking. As a former western canadian... (now us citizen) it's "Canuck" not.. Canuk. Just sayin' My dance card is filling up... Vancouver... Vegas.. Quebec.. NY...(Seattle?)

Chuck is clearly a valuable and RESPECTED member of the Rolling Stones road band. As such, he certainly has earned the right after these many decades touring and collaborating with them to be referred in the press as a (or by anyone) 'Rolling Stone". We ALL know who the Rolling Stones are, and to even debate whether Chuck, Bobby, Lisa, et al are real rolling stones is juvenile

QuoteJumpinJackOLantern QuoteGasLightStreet QuoteJumpinJackOLanternIt is sad that so many here at IORR suffer from such low self esteem. Give yourself a little credit. Mick and Keith have both said they had to be coaxed into doing something for their 50th anniversary. What IS ridiculous is the notion that nobody from the Stones camp checks in here on a regular basis to check the pulse of the hard

The announcement will take place likely in the next couple weeks. Announcing too soon after the 50th anniversary tour would have left those of us who paid such premium prices for such a LIMITED tour saying ... Grrrr. Big cities only, two night stands... with a few one offs.

Quoteclance65 QuoteEdith Grove Can't believe this thread has made it to five pages. Indeed.....this is a thread "I wished had never been released".Jeez man, I'm a Stones fan, haven't participated on this board much over the years. I follow it a bit, but decided to participate a little recently, but find myself wanting to defend the recent catalog on here the same way I

First time I saw them I was 16 (in '75) and it was a hardship to scrape together the dough, but WELL worth it. Many shows later, and many more "hardships" to rationalize the cheap seat expense, I now am in a position where it's not such a hardship and I don't have to scrape, but I still bought a "cheap" seat, and I'm sure it's going to be well wor

It's a private matter that's really no one's business. "Should" Al Pacino donate 20% of his income from his Broadway gig playing the same week? It's absurd and invasive to speculate and suggest what an entertainer(or anyone else) should do with his/her income.

Not about "proving" anything, or you'd be perhaps be right. It's about.. the love of the music. And the love of their fans and vice versa. 60 also has a nice ring to it.

From the time my (late) older brother played Midnight Rambler on our upright piano in '71 when I was 11, I was hooked. No idea it would come to be such a large part of my life and who I am. Thanks is hardly a word that could define my deep appreciation.
