OT Mick: ENGLAND LOST. Great lyrics, terrible music. video: England lost indeed. I know that Enlgand lost since visiting London in 2013 for the Hyde Park shows. There were human beings walking around in black sacks while it was 35 degrees in the shade in the shopping area. Crazy. Was my last visit to London/England. Won't visit the 2018 UK Tour (if it happens) Than

QuoteTeddyB1018 Darryl doesn’t play from his jazz roots in the Stones. His job since the nineties is to hold things down so Keith and Ronnie can play licks on top. Before this, Keith was the one who held it together with Charlie. Thus the Stones became a more consistent live act while losing to some extent the push-pull we loved. Well said. Another difference between Bill and Darryl before j

Quote35love QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteDeanGoodman Unlikely next year, per Don Was. I asked him tonight at an event and he replied, "You probably won't see it in 2018." I didn't get the sense there was much progress or rush. Mick’s busy, sorry. From the dailymail-article: "Mick meanwhile was also rocking a loose-fitting charcoal coloured top while also wearing

But I don’t think they are nearly as inventive and genius as what Cruijff did. +1 video: Watch This!..... JUMPING JACK FLASH! I was there in 1981. Quote35love I pulled up this old thread good read on ‘Saint of Me’ Here is the live Utrecht 2003.... Ultimate Classic Rock said about the studio track: Hiding somewhere within this tune is something that could have harkened back to the edgy smack-laced danger of 1972's Exile on Main St. The loop-driven "Saint of Me," written in tribute to their late long-time sideman Billy

Awww The Showbizzzz... Gram Parsons was at the same table with Mick and Keith in Nellcote. Strange Gram was cut out of the pictures. But then Gram Parsons was out of the Stones Circle very soon after 1971-2 and died in 1973. IT'S ONLY ROCK N ROLL (and a bit of Cosmic Country influence)
