I'll post this set track by track over the next couple of days. This is an incredible set. MT guitar & vocals, Noel Redding (Jimi Hendrix Experience) bass and John Coghlin drums. Here is track two Red House. MT plays some of the licks (note for note) that Jimi Hendrix played in the Live At Winterland version. Now that's research! God bless Jimi Hendrix & Noel Redding.

You should get familiar with Bittorrrent and go to the Rocks Off Torrent page. There won't be anymore "I need DVDs to watch during my vacation", you'll say "I need vacation to watch my DVDs" ! How I wish! Actually, I tried to dl Marquee Club there and got to 60% and bounced. Dl speeds in Australia aren't very fast unfortunately.

Marc Bolan of T.Rex fame also had one of these metal front Zematis beauties. He uses it in his movie Born To Boogie - the jam session with Ringo & Elton. Rumour has it that he left this guitar at McCartney's house after another jam session. Bolan died in a car crash not long after and by all accounts Macca still has it.

Something different from the Taylor/Wood debate. Who was the better harp player - Brian Jones or Mick Jagger? I'd say Brain was technically better but Mick had better phrasing.

Hi OPENG, Thanks for this but none of the tracks seem to play properly. I think they mustn't have loaded off the CD properly. Cheers

Chords are: D D11/C A string 3rd fret, D string 4th fret, G string open & 2nd fret (hammer on) G D11/F# 6th string 2nd fret, other strings open A A/G 6th string 3rd fret other strings 2nd fret It's just a matter of making those chords and picking the strings in correct order.

Brian played sitar on SFM at the end. Definitely slide on No Expectations (he even plays it on R 'n' R circus). I don't hear him on any other tracks though. I've heard EC also played on this album.

Off topic but... The Beatles were going to call one of their albums After Geography as a parody of Aftermath. Apparently Ringo's idea.

I'm pretty sure that Harrison's rosewood tele was auctioned last year or possibly the year before. I seem to recall it fetched about $750,000 though I don't know who has it know.
