love the music on there. great groove, great drumming, great harp. agree with the message but think the lyrics are a bit sophmoric. then again, Repblicans are not big on being subtle, so maybe it takes something overly obvious to get their attention. go, Bush bashers!

How many chances does one guy get? His substance abuse has been a major problem since at least 1981.

I should have said "and his replacement can't be Mick Taylor" because you know that is never going to happen. Too much water under the bridge. Still , vote for Taylor if you want, but I'd still like to know your second choice. Is Taylor even still a decent player? Haven't heard anything he's done since that Dylan album and tour 20 years ago. He was quite good on t

Gazaa, we bow down to your mighty collection. I only have about a dozen Stones concerts aside from the officially released stuff. What would you say are the four or five best concerts in your collection? Give us newer collectors a place to start

I'd like to see one ballad and one rocker from Keef. If I could pick, I'd say You Got The Silver rotating with This Place Is Empty for the ballad, and Happy and Little T&A rotating for the rocker.

I haven't seen either of them myself. Is there actually a video for Rough Justice? I will watch video of Streets of Love with the sound down because I hate that song, though I love the rest of A Bigger Bang. Anybody got a link where we can see one or both of those videos?

It's not that we can tell the Stones what to do (if so I would make them play Rip This Joint every night and make them give me their T-Shirt money, bwaa ha ha), it's just our opinion as to what we'd like them to do. It's a fun imaginary exercise, so lighten up!

I think Keith is still playing well. He has lost some ability over the years but is still performing at a high level. Stil the human riff in my opinon. Ronnie is looking a little sloppy, though - lots of good moments and quite a few bad ones. Maybe he should reform the Faces with Rod, Mac and Jones. They could get Wyman to play bass, at least for a show or two.

I would get rid of Tumbling Dice, Honky Tonk Women and It's Only Rock 'N' Roll and replace them with Rip This Joint, It Won't Take Long and Love Is Strong.

Ronnie has his moments of brillance, and overall he is still quite competent, but he has really sabotaged some songs on this tour (I'm thinking of Shattered, several times). I don't think anybody could argue that he's lost something over the years whereas I don't think Mick and Charlie have. Keith has lost a little but is still up there with the best. Maybe he needs to start d

You can get a great seat at almost any show for about $160, which seems like a good deal to me given the price of other concerts. I think they are worth $160.

I'm a Stones fan, but I think they need to mix up the setlist more and Ronnie needs to play better. But even if neither of those things happen, they are still putting on some good shows and I am still looking forward to seeing them in January.

There seems to be quite a bit of anti-Ronnie sentiment on the board. I love his playing but concede he's lost something. If I had to vote one way or another, I'd like to see Ronnie go solo after this tour, something that would probably make him happier anyway, and the Stones get a new guitarist. A hotter, better guitarist. It could really give the band a creative kick in the ass. Waddy

I will be pissed if they tour without Charlie. That wouldn't be the Stones and I wouldn't go see them. I'd be sad if they toured without Ronnie but it would still be the Stones IMO. If Charlie leaves and they tour they'd better call it "Mick Jagger and Keith Richards" or something similar, not the Stones!

anyone who would spend a one week vacation in Columbus, Ohio should have their head examined (unless they have relatives who live there or something).

I'd rather see a boring setlist from the Stones over an interesting one from McCartney any day! I like the Beatles and McCartney, but the Stones are much better than both.

I'm glad to hear that so many people are done with Stones shows, because if enough people make that decision, they'll have to drop their ticket prices and/or start playing smaller venues, which I am all for! Go away, fair weather fans, and good riddance!

Coldplay sucks. If you are going to watch a modern band, go see The White Stripes. Jack White is an incredible guitarist and their live shows are smokin'!

It's worth getting because it is the only official Stones live release from pre-1969 era, and thus the only official live release to have Brian Jones on it. Good performances, terrible sound quality, but overall worth having, if only for the curiosity factor. Rock and Roll Circus is a million times better, as are many pre-69 boots I have heard.

If I had to pick one it would be It Won't Take Long. Also dying to hear Cat and She Saw Me Coming live. Really hoping that Keith will replace Infamy, which is ok at best in my book, with This Place Is Empty, which I really love. Or at least rotate the two. Not holding my breath on that last one, though. I'm betting Keith is too lazy to do anything other than play the same damn two s

Hmm, I like Sublime, but oh well, to each his own. It is sort of rude for people to play their music so loud it disturbs others, but then again I love music so it doesn't bother me too much when others crank theirs, even if I don't agree with their choices. I just crank mine up and drown them out!

Of course Keith can do whatever he wants. No one is disputing that. We're just discussing what we would LIKE to see him do. He could at least give us one ballad and one rocker. Infamy is mediocre at best. Someone described it as a riff in search of a song and I think that's about right. I would much rather hear This Place Is Empty, that one is a budding classic. And I am so sick of T
