So the inception of the war horse probably starts in 89 (SFTD was not played in 81). Even in 89, Tumbling Dick was not a lock for war horse status. IORR almost became a war horse but for this tour. One thing you want to do in Seattle is take a Ferry ride. Just walk on, shoot over to Bainbridge Island, have lunch or beers, and come back. Also, Jimi Hendrix grave is about 25 minutes south east of town.

Down front in Chicago the view was constantly obscured by about 1/3 of the people holding up their big phones to film. Should be banned or at least shamed. Live in the moment folks, buy the DVD there surely will be one. Take one photo to prove to your friends on FB you were there.

Far and away the band whose status has risen is the Byrds. Especially with the tour last year for Sweetheart. Fallen: The Doors. Petty is at best third in the southern rock line behind Allmans and Skynyrd. Sneaky Great: The J. Geils Band and P.Wolf.

Take a ferry ride in Seattle. Or better yet to one of the San Juan Islands. Mariners game isn't bad. I would skip Vancouver and go up to Whistler lots of outdoor stuff in the summer. Note when Seafair is in Seattle, you probably want to avoid.
