It's a fine live cd. But it doesn't get a ton of respect because there are far too many live Stones cd's. Nobody except the people on these boards wants to hear another one.

Paul is right. There is no need to kill seals for vanity sake. So what if he did wear a fur coat in 1969? That was nearly 40 years ago and he has seen he made a mistake.

This could be great news. I'd love to see Bill Wyman back on stage with the Stones even if it's only in Europe or on a limited basis.

This was a world wide spectacle. The Stones are getting great pr (for a change) for doing this free concert for 2 million people in Rio. It would be nice to see more of this type stuff from the Stones. It's amazing that at this late date the Stones can litteraly attract millions of people to a concert. Is there any doubt as to who is the biggest live act in the world?

I know ABB hit #1 on the global chart as well as the European chart. It also got to #1 in at least 10 seperate countries #2 in the UK and #3 in the USA. Streets of Love and Rain Fall Down charted fairly high in countires around the world. While Rough Justice and Oh No, Not you Again charted in America on the rock charts (whatever they call them) The album was certified (1 million sold) plat

I keep hearing ONNYA on the radio on a daily basis in the Boston/Providence area. Has this song been issued as a single? Maybe it's just me but I am hearing this song much more than Rough Justice, Streets of Love or Rain Fall Down.

The next single is going to be Rain Fall Down. I've heard that there will be a "special edition" version of the album in December. But I have no evidence to back this up. I'd guess you'd call it a rumor at this point.

I don't think what the Stones have just done (A Bigger Bang being the #1 record in the world in 2005) can be overestimated. In an era where rap, youth and canned pop singers dominate the charts the Rolling Stones have done the near impossible. When you combine the factors the Stones had working against them 1/ Ageism - How many late night comedians have made a living at the Stones e

Why is all the attention payed to the American chart when clearly the Worldwide chart is much more important? #1 in the world in 2005!!!!

A Bigger Bang hitting #1 on the British charts will be just the nudge the Stones need to keep making records. It was only 18 months ago that Jagger/Richards were talking about winding it down. But why stop recording if you continue to have #1 records and huge sold out tours? It is now clear (the public has voted) THE PEOPLE STILL LOVE THE ROLLING STONES. As a matter of fact I would say that

The offical US chart does not come out until Tuesday. But early reports have the record entering the charts at #2 behind Kanye West and ahead of 50 Cent. Kanye West looks to be the best selling US album of the year. If the Stones had released the record on any other week for the last month they would have easily been #1. Although A Bigger Bang is #1 at Amazon.com (In the US) As usual the

The Migthy Rolling Stones have entered the British charts at #1. They are the only act to have number one's (of all new material) in 5 different decades. The chart reads 1/ The Rolling Stones- A Bigger Bang 2/ James Blunt 3/ Kayne West 4/ Mcfly 5/ The Kaiserchiefs Congratulations to the Rolling Stones. Can't wait until 2010 when they extend their streak to #1 in 6 differ
