Not quite. It's partially fiscal laws indeed, but mainly based on fiscal rulings. These can be dismissed overnight.

It's legally Okay, but ethically no longer defendable. That's why the inquest will be held. Jagger will be on tiptoes, because if there is one thing he likes it is keeping his business affaires under the radar.

Ron really had a feel for Brian. When Brian died he assisted his uncle Allen Klein with his private investigation into Brian's death. In recent years Ron very kindly provided me with some of their findings. In 2009 Sam Cutler wrote a blog stating Klein's investigation pointed at Keylock as the main culprit. Ron was adamant this was not the conclusion of their investigation.

I can see your point, but at the same time I find the Stones doing exactly a Stonesian thing: to not act like the artists tend to act in their 'late days'. No scaling down, no growing up gracefully, just pushing forward, and hopefully, even with a bigger bang than before... - Doxa Wellbalanced as ever, thank you Doxa.

Thank god Johnny Lydon grew up to be mature, intimate and warm .

Artists in their 'late days' tend to minimalise their sound. Look at Cash, look at Solomon Burke. An intimate, warm sound with a basic band. Downplaying to get the opposite effect, if you get my drift. From the two first songs I derive they opted for a more orchestral, big sound.Nothing wrong with that. I would have preferred a smaller bang instead of a bigger bang looking at the phase

"But let's not hijack this thread with Paul Spendel bullshit" Here is some bullshit: Brian's 1966 Firebird is travelling with the Unzipped tour. His 1965 Gibson was picked up by Peter Swales in 1969 from the Stones gear warehouse in Bermondsey. It was smashed to pieces. Later on Swales was managing a band that were allowed to rehearse at the Bermondsey warehouse. He gave t

In support of His Majesty: Matthijs also keeps on denying every fact I researched regarding Brian’s death and estate. He states he does so because he is informed. But only last week he presented Julian Mark as entitled to the estate which is absolutely not the case. He also repeatedly posted all of Brian’s belongings were returned to his parents which was not the case. I have a long list of Brian

Brian’s estate is still active, under the guidance of Clive Berger from 1969 - 2005. From that year on the estate is handled by an Oxford accountant. The estate’s only income are air play royalties which amounts in an average year to around 15.000 pounds (Abkco royalties exempt). No Mathijs, Julian receives nothing. And you are also wrong about Brian’s remaining belongings.

Paul, please don't take away the dreams of Macca saving the Stones just when all hope was lost. Especially when it's only their original bass player returning for his first original Stones number since 1991. Rocky, unwittingly you just came up with the most appropriate a

You can hear it’s Mick because he plays in Keith style, but not with 5 strings tuned to G. He plays the barré chords in normal tuning with adding a pinkie to the D string to get Keith’s sound. You can see him doing it on a snippet he put on instagram a couple of months ago playing a Fender Jaguar.

Hi Swiss, Sam wanted to see the last interview we did with Tom Keylock, three months before Tom died in 2009. I had to turn Sam down. The footage is still under wraps. Sam was right about Klein investigating Brian’s death but got the wrong end of the stick. And Mathijs falls into the same category as Geoffrey Giuliano: to be avoided at all costs.

Sam Cutler asked to meet me in 2022 regarding Brian’s death. I noticed he had teamed up with Geoffrey Giuliano who is to be avoided at all costs. I declined the invitation but quizzed him about his 2009 blog mentioning Klein’s 1969 investigation into Brian’s death. Sam could not deliver the goods. Subsequently I contacted Ronnie Schneider, Klein’s nephew. He confirmed Klein’s efforts to get to th

In my view the joint venture between several London drugs dealers and the Chelsea drugs squad is what really destroyed him.

Maybe the circumstances surrounding Brian’s death are left out because the talking heads in the doc very high up the r&r chain brought this to the table as a condition for their participation.

Unfortunately Brian hardly had any musical future left, I guess. Drugs Squad officer Norman Pilcher had a warrant ready for a drugs raid at Cotchford, to be executed August 1969. He was allowed to carry this out outside his London patch because the drugs came from London. That was the rule. This raid would have meant a long prison sentence, given the previous cases. That's what Scotland Yard

Let us never forget this: Spanish Tony grassed up Brian and informed the London Drugs Squad he supplied Brian. Based on this information They were ready to raid Cotchford in August 1969. The rule was that the London coppers could carry out a raid outside their patch if they could prove the drugs originated from London. If Brian had lived that August 1969 raid would have finished him. Bear that in
