This is a painful process but I waited through it and got the seats I wanted. They were expensive but after doing this for almost 50 years (first show 1972) I know it will be worth the effort. Everyone needs to just suck it up and do it. The show will be great as always.

I have tickets to see Leon at a show in January that was originally scheduled for November but was cancelled due to his illness at the Capital Theater in Clearwater Fl. I feel fortunate I was able to see him a few times over the years. We have lost a great one and he will be missed.

I recently discovered a cool website called americanbluesscene.com. They often have Stones related articles as well as great information on many blues related subjects. Their most recent Stones article is about the Rice Krispies commercial the Stones did for British television in 1964. Apparently the commercial has resurfaced to coincide with Mick's birthday.

I was at the Pittsburgh show in 1972. My very first Stones concert. Stevie Wonder was great and the Stones were even better. I had no idea that over 40 years and 50 plus shows later I would still be following these guys around the world. All I can say is if I had the opportunity to do it all over again I would do exactly the same thing. It's been a great run!

I have been listening with great enjoyment to the Stones Live at the Fonda Theater. As we all know they played the Sticky Fingers album. This show includes many songs that never get into the War Horses set list that we have been listening to for way too many years. I look at it as just one example of how much better their shows could be if they would just mix it up. My first Stones show was in 19

I can't believe this song is back in the set list. Is there really anyone out there that wants to hear it. Just think of all the great songs the Stones have that could replace Doom and Gloom. Since the band has decided to play a warhorses set list once again why does D&G keep getting played? Come on guys how about Sweet Virginia, or Shine a Light, or a cover like Can't Turn You Loos

1972 was my first Stones concert in Pittsburg. The sound at the show was not only loud but also perfect. I had seen many concerts prior to this first Stones concert but nothing that came close to the sound quality of that Pittsburg show. That show is why today I continue to see the Stones every chance I get. I have traveled all over the US and even made it to London for the Bigger Bang shows. Sin

The promoters copied this ticket pricing strategy from the Airlines. They have been doing it for a long time. They put all tickets up at high prices and as the flight date gets closer they lower the prices to fill the plane. This works for them because of the limited number of seats on a plane. My feeling is if the Stones decide to do more shows the fans will just wait for the ticket prices to go

The real problem I see with all this ticket manipulation is that it assures that the Rolling Stones will not be back for more shows (not that I care unless they change the set list). If they decided to come back for more shows after Hyde Park why would anyone buy a $600.00 ticket when all we would have to do is wait until the price goes down and buy it much cheaper. I had a $600.00 seat in Boston

If they were really being honest about their work they would never again play Emotional Rescue on this tour (or any other tour) and drop Gloom and Doom and One More Shot and play the songs that made them famous and us fans.

Every great band over the years has written songs that don't belong in their catalog. Emotional Rescue is one of those songs. It doesn't fit the mold of a blues/rock band and never has. These songs came from a period when Mick spent to much time in the basement of Studio 54 getting ripped. How can they justify playing this on their 50 year anniversary tour when songs like Love in Vain,

I had hoped LA was a turning point for this tour. That was a great set list.I agree with everything Toronto Girl said about this set list. Glad I waited until the tour progressed before I bought tickets to more shows. Angie, Emotional Rescue, Doom and Gloom, and One More Shot mixed in with a guest that could be replaced by Mick Taylor doing Love in Vain is enough to convince me this tour is not g

What I think would be really cool is when Mick takes his break and Keith does his two songs bring out Mick Taylor and do a blues jam that could start with You Got the Silver and goes whever they want it to go.

They should change the name of the tour to the We Don't Care What the Fans Want tour. I keep reading people trying to justify why they can't play certain songs and to that I say nonsense. They seem to have no trouble playing Emotional Rescue, Doom and Gloom and, One More Shot. Why is it they can play songs that basically suck but they can't get songs like Love in Vain, Sweet Virg

I saw my first Stones show in 1972. Since then I have seen multiple shows on every tour. The crap I put up with to get tickets and the tens of thousands of dollars I have spent over the years on plane tickets, hotels, show tickets, and all the other hassle's that come with a Stones concert gives me the right to complain if I don't like the set list. I just hope someone that has some inf

Munichhilton, Thank you for your excellent comments. I just hope the band changes it up before they get to the East Coast. They didn't last for 50 years playing this crap.
