QuoteDandelionPowderman It's the TMOQ (Trademark Of Quality)-bootleg. The sound is (imo) better than on the dvd. Yes, I have this one too and the sound is - way - better than on the DVD (more "stereo" - at least something like that - and not that muffled).

Quoteironbelly Quotecorriecas Are there any extra songs on this cd,or is it similar to the dvd... Jeroen No bonus tracks. No exclusive video or audio content. Even for Japanese Deluxe I don't mind the lack of extras, as long as they managed to improve the audio for the L&G CD. Any mention concerning a remaster on the japanese side?

QuoteS.T.P Quotemuenke QuoteS.T.P Anyone out there who knows what music is playing in the background that sounds like classical music in the beginning before the band comes on stage? 1972? 2000 light years, the Intro, as far as i know .... Yeah, but in the film (L&G) there are three sequences before the band hits the stage. First it is the "mystical" part which sounds like class

Quotekevinkamphuis Hopefully we get a proper remix from the multi's. The film soundtrack on Bluray sounds really bad. I do hope this too. A single release of the audio on CD is quite hard to imagine because of the really inferior quality of the DVD/BR-audio (there are bootlegs around with much better audio than the official release, imo). Otherwise there are doubts that they have the origi

QuoteDrPete Is it ok to dream that the entire show was filmed in this quality and actually exists somewhere?? This is a vintage german TV footage and usually they didn't filmed entire shows, but I'm sure some of the 70 shows have been professionally recorded (audio). This would be an amazing release, I love the 1970 tour. It's kind of GYYYO including Sticky Fingers ... and Roll o

Dave did some great stuff. As a fan of Rockabilly-music I particularly cherish his work with the Stray Cats (he produced not only their debut, but 2 more albums in the late 80s/early 90s). He even joined them occasionally on stage:

I really like most of the songs on the CD, particulary the uptempo numbers. The slow ones are - for me - hard to take, but nevertheless they are performed very well by the group, it´s just not my kind of musical taste. The production is great and raw, they must have had a ball recording this stuff. And I think it is a little bit unfair to bash people who dislike the new CD, because you really

They should release a show from 1970 and please both Roundhouse-gigs from 1971. The few songs from SF-Deluxe sound great!

QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteLeonidP QuoteStoneage I can't say that I'm eagerly awaiting this. The concept sounds rather dull to me. Let's hope I will change my mind when the album actually comes out... To each there own of course, but I really can't believe any Stones fan seeing this as a dull concept. Back to their roots, with those great covers they have always been know

Highwire is a great track. One of the few post81-songs that really belong to my personal favorites! And indeed, the live-tracks on the Maxi-CDs are outstanding as well!

I usually don't buy CDs or DVDs, but it looks like iTunes will only sell the documentary, not the "Soundtrack-CD" or the full concerts (at least in germany). Or has someone other informations?

Quotetimmyj3 Thanks for the replies. I forgot about Luxury! Sure the one you need is interesting. I think Cherry Oh Baby is on a 75 Tour NY boot as well. Have a look at this site (it's not 10000 % correct every time, but I don't care): A great guide concerning setlist and statistics (not just stones).

This is a strange, no, a bizarre configuration. But I've seen ac/dc last year and Brian's voice wasn't good at all. Axels' fits - imo - perfecetely to those songs and the band, an obscure, but very good working melange, at least musically. But for hardcore fans this is without any doubt a nasty epxerience ....

QuoteWinning Ugly VXII The original studio album version is the best in this case ..... followed by most of the 2013 live versions with Taylor. Glastonbury 2013 "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" is a great combination of sound quality and performance quality. After that, there is the '80's live version with Taylor and Richards as well as Buffalo 2014 and the version

Those (few) tracks are indeed better than Leeds, and Leeds is great! Best version of HTW ever (love those counter-riffs from MT), imo, Stray Cat is just right in the face and MR has the perfect groove (since 1972 it was played faster and faster). Will we get the whole gig? I hope so, and if this: setlist should be real, this is one of those holy grails ....

Both shows on this release are surprisingly good (concerning Ronnie was a newbie) and have indeed the best drum- und guitarsound ever on a Stones live-release! Mick´s singing, on the other hand, is terrible, OK, most of the time, but Keith´ guitar is just awesome sleezy and dirty! And, yes, DP, Gimme Shelter is FANTASTIC (as much as I love MT, this is even better than Brussels, one reason for
