Quotetklawson QuoteMunichhilton QuoteTurning To Gold Quick question: I haven't bought the set yet. Can someone please confirm that the "Brown Sugar" alt with Eric Clapton, is it the exact same version as the one widely known on bootleg? Any mix differences? Any editing? Thanks. It's the same except the old boots are better...this one is compressed and brick walled to dea

Quotemitch Quotebonddm The 56 minute version is already available in the UK on Blu. Strange, it doesn't have the usual "Rolling Stones From The Vault" banner on it. The bonus are weird and not always pertinent like the other "From The Vault" releases. This will NOT be the vault-release ... The link directs to a bluray-release, a couple of years old. I think we will

Quotefloodonthepage I typed "From the Vault Hyde Park" into Amazon search bar, and an item came up, no image.....but Eagle Rock was listed in details....July 24, 2015 as a release date? I know that the Tuesday release dates were supposed to switch over to Fridays this summer....sooooo....?? It is on, actually! Cool stuff!!!!

Quotevancouver yes all three msg 69 shows in a box. This would be cool as hell, but well: Hyde Park 1969 is iconic and something very special, death of BJ, free show, first time MT, unusual setlist, etc.! It deserves a proper and full release!

Quotevancouver i hope all tracks unedited.? Me too! As I said, I´m pretty sure the Stones have the complete gig (at least the audio) in the vaults, because it was recorded with the mobile. And until now, every vault-release was a complete gig. Just imagine: MercyMercy, Down Home Girl, I´m Yours, No Expectations, "Gimme a lille drink", remastered by Mr. Clearmountain, this would be gre

Quoteslewan wtf – that's three releases of old stuff within some 50 days (Sticky Fingers, Marquee, Hide Park) Eagle Rocks last year released Hampton and LA75 within 6 weeks, so this might be the business plan, jumping on the wave of the first release with a second one! Great, great, great!!! And I´m sure this release will at least sound totally different (better) ...

This would be AWESOME! This is a legendary gig! Yes, this one was already released offical years ago (VHS, DVD, eveb BluRay), but not the whole gig and the quality was very bad, at least soundwise. As far as I know, the concert was recorded by the Stones mobile unit, so I´m pretty sure they have it in excellent quality in the Vaults. And I expect the whole gig, like any other "vault-release&

QuoteCaptainchaos QuoteMathijs Quotekevinkamphuis Here is a sampler I created; Is it me, or does Leeds and the Roundhouse sound truly awful? It sounds like reprocessed stereo, with the guitars all over the place with some strange echo. And the drums again have this processed, brickwalled modern sound... Understandable though they skipped JJF and LWM for all those years -they're comple

QuoteJumpinJeppeFlash QuoteStoneburst Quoteschwonek So - are there any videos yet? I couldnt find any. No cameras allowed? Looks like a fantastic set and a fantastic tour to come. Cheers schwonek It was apparently proshot, but no cameras or smartphones were allowed it. Also, this was a one-off setlist. I guess they might retain one or two of the deeper cuts for the stadium shows - hard to say

Frankfurt, the second date, was my first ever Stones gig! I think UJ/SW was the first chance for many of us, born in the 70s, to see them live. Someone told us, pre internet of course, that Guns and Roses will open for them, almost 50% right, it was "Gun"! It was a hot day, soccer-world-cup-time (YES! Mick in a german shirt), just finished school, 19 years old, waiting for college, f

QuoteTate Regarding the "too much noodling" vs "really like his melodic playing.." debate, I have to say agree with both. It really is over-noodling on MT's part, but that said, I like it in this version. I like the over-noodling! And I am not a fan of endless Grateful Dead/ Phish noodlefests... I just love the sound of MT's guitar, and I love how different it mak

It looks like those japanese editions (with Brussels) are very limited. Two days ago I ordered this: (Marquee-DVD, CD Marquee und 2 CDs Brussels) and today it says "out of print". So, if you see other editions with Brussels, hurry up! They might sell out very fast ...
