The link on the No Filter Show site goes to the New Orleans show. Is there one for Houston? -or- am I missing something? BV - can you fix that? My kids loved singing along to the chorus of Get Off My Cloud. We listened to it everyday in the car on the way home from elementary school. Now in their 20's they are life long Stones fans.

I was a teenager when Sympathy came out. That created a LOT of contoversy. Are u kidding me...a song about sympathy for the devil and killing the Kennedy's. My parents thought the Stones were the devils.

What about Sittin on a Fence on the Flowers album (US release)and one of my favorite early albums...not a bad song on it!! This song has fantastic acoustic guitar interplay with 2 acoustic guitars clearly audible. I always wanted to believe that it was Brian and Keith. What do you think? Does anyone really know?

Two powerful early 60's rockers that never get discussed here....19th Nervous Breakdown and Get Off My Cloud. Great guitar riffs, great lyrics, Mick's vocals on top of his game. Just try to decifer the lyrics to "Cloud'. Everybody should take a listen!!

My first Stones album in 1966 when I was 13 was the USA release of High Tide and Green Grass. A great album and my favorites are Get Off My Cloud and 19th Nervous Breakdown. Those songs would be great for a 'Track Talks' topic. IMO 'Cloud' has it all....great drums, guitar rif, lyrics and Jagger rips off a great vocal.

I agree with Between the Buttons. Didn't like the front photo or back cover doodles, nor many of the songs. Next disapointment was Dirty Work.....very thin sounding to me.

Any one see the Stones last show on HBO broadcast live from Madison Square Garden in NYC? I thought they sounded great. I got a copy on CD that I listen to all the time. I don't think they could have done much to doctor that live show.

Just was wondering if anyone knows if any of the Stones or wives attend church. We know Mick has incorporated many Biblical references into songs over the years, so he must have attended church as he was growing up. As a boy I believe Keith sang in a boys choir in London (St Pauls??). Do you think they ever sniff church these days??

I was there too...took my brothers....a very fun day!! As I recall, my ticket was around $15 and coolers were allowed in the stadium....how things have changed.
