I'm listening to a rather nice boot of the St. Louis show from 26th September, and I must say I'm surprised and delighted at how good they are sounding. Steve Jordan sounds great and has somehow freshened up their sound. Which is not to say that Charlie will ever be forgotten or replaced.

If they still enjoy it, if they can still play, and if the fans still want to attend the shows, then I think the Stones should continue for as long as they like. Whilst I respect the other opinions on this forum, I don't buy into this 'no Charlie, no Stones' stuff. Mick, Keith and Ronnie have earned the right to still tour and record as The Rolling Stones. RIP Charlie.

Just been watching my Biggest Bang DVD, and couldn't believe how well "Rain Fall Down" comes up live...
