Here is an incomplete list:

Stevie Ray Vaughan
Deep Purple (the classic line up w/Gillan & Blackmore)
Eric Clapton
Mick Taylor
Albert King
The Wailers
Buddy Guy
Canned Heat (twice)
Bruce Springsteen (Born in the USA tour)
Bobby Dylan (twice - once with Tom Petty)
Alice Cooper

The greatest concert of them all for me was David Bowie (Sound & Vision tour). The Thin White Duke Fell to earth.

Yes Terraplane, it's incomplete... I bet you forget to mention the Rolling Stones!

No. I have never seen them. Was too young when they toured in '73. Was living OS in '95 and they didn't come anywhere near where I live in the ABB tour. Maybe next time.

Believe it JumpingKent. Jagger & Taylor were some consolation though. The Stones will be back.

Wow terraplane, seeing Mick Jagger solo two times and never seeing the Stones qualifies as a paradox. The Stones have had so many hugely successful tours reaching all parts of the world, while Jagger has only played a smattering of dates, barely able to put a successful tour together at all.

Don't I know it. Jagger's concerts were OK I guess. But when Keith chugs out that Chuck Berry rythmn it sounds like a runaway elephant. That's what Jagger's concert missed. That and Charlie Watts.

Here are the main gigs I attended:

- The Rolling Stones
- Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings
- Charlie Watts and the Tentet
- Keith Richards and the X-pensive Winos
- Pink Floyd
- Roger Waters
- Ten Years After
- Alvin Lee
- David Gilmour
- Muddy Waters
- John Lee Hooker
- John Mayall
- Jerry Lee Lewis
- Chuck Berry
- Elton John
- David Bowie
- Eric Clapton
- Albert Lee and Hogan’s Heroes
- Buddy Guy
- Fleetwood Mac
- Oscar Peterson
- Bob Dylan
- Donovan
- Mick Taylor
- Chris Jagger
- The Pretty Things
- Black Crows
- Joe Cocker
- Grateful Dead
- BB King
- Bo Didley
- Peter Tosh
- Simon and Garfunkel
- The Beatles

Guess which ones were the best?
The Stones were positively the best, and Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings the second best.

And which ones were the worst?
The Beatles were the worst concert I have ever attended. They did not respect their audience. They came on stage two hours late. Their sound was so poor that we could not hear them and they stayed on stage less than twenty five minutes.
