LOL..good one

and yeah, Id second what Adrian says. If it was of any significance, it would be a big story all over the web.

I like the "hit on the head by a coconut" story, myself...

you're onto something here- maybe Chuck can be the support act on the Euro tour, reading extracts of his books to the fans.
Would be prefferable to Motley Crue etc.

OK .I can confirm that Ron told me in Shanghai that he would be on an Island near Fiji at this time. He did not mention Keith.

I can tell you as an MD in the area, that anything that causes a loss of conciousness ( a blow to the head by a coconut, passing out from too much alcohol and sun, a laceration from diving and hitting a rock) all require a visit to the "hospital"out here: we do not have a lot of private docs and no "doc in the box" Urgent Care centers.

I will go further and say that if there has been any question of loss of consciousness secondary to a blow to the head, say by slipping and falling, and this is in any way complicated by intoxication of any sort, standard procedure is admission and observation in many areas because many of the islands lack any CT or MRI scan.

So, Keith could have have been drinking , sat on a boat in the sun , felt faint, hit his head....and voila...standards of care for everyone, let alone a ROLLING STONE, call for a hospital visit with possible admission for observation.

Let's not get worried before we have to.

what Adrian-L and Kahoosier are saying makes a lot of sense, of course (thanks!)
but (sorry!) the fact that the story's not all over the news doesn't impress me -
when Stones Inc want to keep a tight lid on things, they do.
i need an official Keith and Ronnie Are Both Fine statement to keep me happy.

"a Doctor said the only long term problem is he might start playing the wrong song on stage - RJ instead of ONNYA or vis versa - things like that..) wow, now I feel better....."

That sounds interesting - would be nice for a change, and maybe make the set-list even better.....

Imagine Keith would begin to play old songs by a mistake - like Mothers Little Helper, Time Waits ..., Winter etc.

Seems like God has listen to our complaints about the set-list, let a coconut fell in Keiths head, to make him play older songs.......

That's a funny thought, country honk. To think that Keith's brain has become some kind of a random song generator, cranking out lost nuggets one right after the other....Mick just shrugs and starts singing along, even to Mother's Little Helper. Worried glances amongst the band preceed each unknown song while Keith, grinning from ear to ear keeps chugging them out. They get to where they don't even look at the set list on that dry eraser board by the drum set. The fans will go wild......... funny thought.

had a few sunkist and stolie slammers; in a drunken stooper left foot tripped
over right foot; tumbled head over heels down a hill; landed standing upright; started to walk in the dark and hit head on tree limb;

Still no one know anything about whether this is true/serious?
What time is it in Fiji anyway, must be nearly morning?

The only story I've seen so far is the original one from Fiji. Been looking extensively for tidbits.
