Robbie Williams will play there end of July so July 12 is possible for the Stones.

Who said they will announce soon? There were Talks about an announcement in January.

hockenheim95 is right. It's still far too quiet for anything to happen this year.

Everyone and their dog is broke in January, never a good time to be announcing tours. I'm thinking February for a May start. Consistent with the pattern of years past.

I agree with Topi February announcement.I presume Oz/NZ ain’t happening as no news yet. That’s unfortunate

I don’t see why the announcement timeline wouldn’t be similar to 2022. Reason for early announcement in 2024 was I assume to take advantage of holiday spending. That opportunity has passed. There will probably be some New Years graphic they post with fireworks making the tongue and a “See you soon” caption just to let us know to sit tight. It’s coming, whether that’s in January or February

I hate Wembley stadium such a pain in the ass to get out of too but I'm very tempted to see them one last time

Yeah, I’m the same! I’ll ‘probably’ go, but if my intended companion (brother) cannot make it, I may give it a miss. Fingers-crossed the concert will take place anywhere else in London!

If bands like Guns N Roses have already announced it and people are already going to be spending $$ on tickets (GNR, Oasis, Bruce Springsteen...), why be the last to announce when people have already spent all their money? ? Last year they announced their US tour in November. In addition to the fact that the further in advance you announce a tour, the more possibilities for people to travel, buy hotels and flights, it would be a big mistake if they announced it in February

How many U.K. dates are likely? Just ‘Wembley’? There are four countries that make up the ‘United Kingdom’ How about a show at Windsor Park, Northern Ireland, in honour of Gazza?

I think that the June 9th rumor for the Amsterdam ArenA is more reliable in my opinion and makes more sense for me then that will play at the Ziggodome.

I was confused and had to look it up. Amsterdam Arena is now called Johan-Cruyff-ArenA. The Amsterdam ArenA name was discontinued in 2018, their page says: "As a multifunctional stadium, the Amsterdam ArenA – renamed the Johan Cruijff ArenA in 2018 –forms the stage for many unforgettable events."

On the flip side I prefer the 6 weeks that was the standard in the US until the rise in ticket prices meant you had to compete for customer dollars further and further out.

I would assume that not a lot of people love Stones, Springsteen, Oasis and GunsRoses at the same time or same level. I love the Stones, like GunsnRoses and dont care for Springsteen and Oasis. Stones fans will still buy tickets even if they have tickets for Springsteen. Also, Stones are on top of this list:

[*] Boss 1,2 billion
[*] GunsRoses 400 million
[*] Oasis 80 million

And then we need to look at marketing. The content for the US tour last year - Stones that is - was top notch. If I look at the GunsnRoses content for the upcoming tour - it is quite weak. The Stones marketing is always everywhere and they put loads of money in it. So no worries.
But sure - we would all love an annoucement before Christmas.

There are no even decent rumours, you have two weeks to Christmas.
Simply no way that any tour will happen. They either have other plans (new album?) or something else. How long before the actual tour announcement we get BV rumours? Most of you even got to book hotels in the rumoured show locations. Now, nothing like that. No ways there is a tour in plans.
