There will be a whole Europe Tour with 14-16 Dates. As I learned through the years and as the most of you know a tour with any band doesn‘t shape around the ideas and wishes where the band like to play and travel to. A tour forms itself by the bids the concert-promoters do. If you are ready to pay the 7 million fee to the Stones and you have all set incl. ticket handling, venue booking, staff, orga etc. plus some reputation Mick, Keith, Ronnie and the whole Rolling Stones circus will come. Doesn’t even matter where if it is a small village like Luca in 2017 or your little hometown in Germany.
Everybody can bid.
And even the promoters the Stones do know and trust from the past have an advantage - they are always open for new brave debutants!
The first bis came during the US Tour last year - when European promotors saw that the band still delivers great.
Now everything is on its last mile. But even this will take its time.
Approximately up to February.

Can‘t wait!

Well, I love a full English; though preferably late morning. One thing: no ‘hash browns’ They’re American and have no place on a proper plate of a full English. It has to be Sausages; bacon; egg; fried tomato; mushrooms; black pudding; beans, and fried bread.

In the meantime, some deductive reasoning says Barcelona around May 21 thanks to StonesDoug talking about spending his birthday there next year.

It will be half finished then, two tiers of the stadium will be completed as far as I can find out. So they can host matches in February onwards but I think they won't want events in the summer so they can really make some good progress on the rest of the renovation...

Apparently Guns N' Roses are going to announce European tour tomorrow. That should shed some lights about venue availability this summer.

Europe is getting busy if AC/DC is touring as well.

I'm not complaining. For example, if the Stones in Amsterdam rumor holds true, it lines up just perfectly with Bruce in Berlin on June 11. Kill two birds with one Stone.

Tomorrow or Tuesday? Monday usually not the best day to announce tours in the news cycle. The Stones, for example, routinely use Tuesdays for annoucements.
