If they (and I mean both bands) come to Zagreb, they will definitely have their concerts at Hippodrome as the city of Zagreb does not have a suitable stadium for such a huge bands.

Oh, touring southern Europe in August might be really hot... I'd prefer the May/June time frame.

There is a main football stadium in Zagreb which used to hold events of this size, but it's been under renovations for some time now, so yeah, it's out of the option.

I think this was meant to be rather ironic and only related to the venue. Spielberg was a catastrophe back in 17. "We had to contend with was ankle-deep mud" Dean said. Or shuttles that never came so people had to walk for 1.5 hours to get to the location and so on.

There are always heatwaves in Europe in the summer. The Rolling Stones do perform in the evenings, usually after, or just before, sunset, then the temperture is not as high as early afternoon.

Examples:

Bucharest Romania 2007 was 43c daytime, still no problem with the Stones show in the evening.

Sarsstock Toronto Canada was extremely hot, festival all day, but with one water bottle per hour no problem.

Lyon 2022 daytime was 37C and show time 30c, no problem as long as people drink water.

Spain and Italy are always hot in August, that is why they will play there earlier next summer.

There are many cities mentiend as rumoured for a Stones show early on, that is because they bid for a show. Then just a few venues do win the bids, so they end up with a list of 14 or 20 shows for the tour. No magic, it is simply tour sheduling and logitics planning, lots of hard work.
