For those of us who enjoy the new version (including Nick Mason) there's also the classic 1973 version to enjoy.
For those who can't appreciate it and/or dislike the new version, there's an easy choice to make - stick with the original.

Not terribly interested but think about it, how about the Stones do a 2023/2024 update to one of their great albums. A 2024 version of Exile or Beggar's Banquet or Sticky Fingers. Would be more interesting than a "new" album that has been rumored for years.

The 80's saw him flopping when touring in support of his first two solo efforts after he left PF.
But from 1999 onward coming back on the road has been really successful for him - The Wall solo tour even being on top of gross of the year.
