It's the same time frame that the Stones most often played the states from '89 on.....'89, '94' 97, '02 were all in the Fall

These tours utilized indoor arenas in the colder areas. I assume the Stones would prefer not to change to smaller venues, less revenue and a change of venue would trigger full refunds.
