Cher, Madonna, Leif Garrett, . . . man it'd be so easy to poke fun, and so wrong.
So I won't.
I bought McCartney's Band on the Run and Elton John's Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player together on sale. My brothers already owned every Stones album there was at the time.
I also remember buying Kiss: Alive for my sister's birthday, was she ever mad--she thought I was buying it for myself (which I was because I couldn't afford to buy here an album and buy Kiss). To get me back she bought me Dylan's Desire for my birthday. That only made her madder still, because I liked Desire more than she did.
By the way, the last album I bought was ABB.
