Most definitely. Underrated too. I don't think he has played too much or anything off it.

Most of his albums, since then, have been awful, but at least Neil hasn't lapsed into songbook covers.

I said as much a few months ago. Great incredible @#$%& album. He did play a lot off of it, albeit just on the tour that supported the record. Not much since which is sad but unsurprising.
I agree most albums since haven't been great although Psychedelic Pill, all the songs that weren't 40 minutes long, were great. There's a great EP of material in there, and probably more good stuff if he tried instead of just being self indulgent. But that's Neil for ya.
It is NOISE all right!Quote

Thanks Cristiano - info below video states "The album is set to be released on September 8, 2017"
Maybe in my haste to approve order delay, I mistook the 8th for the 3rd.
Listening right now...sweet.
Just listened to it via Amazon Prime last month. I thought it was fantastic...the rumbling distortion on his electric guitar is truly a thing of beauty.Quote

The album was the forerunner to Comes A Time and Rust Never Sleep, which both used songs destined for Hitchhike.

Dare I say, that is a better track record than the Stones who have released one average album of blues covers, which some say was the best album they've released in 30+ years!
While not all of Neils output is always great, at least he hasn't given up on his creativity. Hope he continues to release new albums as well as older stuff from the archives.
