Thanks Cristiano - just listening now. I have heard a lot of these before, but great to have them all together. Getting chills listening to Powderfinger.

thumbs up

Like a time capsule, and while I've also hear a lot of these, nice to have them all together with pristine sound.
Looking forward to receiving the cd and especially the vinyl (currently listed at only $15.98 on amazon)- it will be like sitting in the same room as Neil.

I happen to love Le Noise; great album.

Most definitely. Underrated too. I don't think he has played too much or anything off it.

I said as much a few months ago. Great incredible @#$%& album. He did play a lot off of it, albeit just on the tour that supported the record. Not much since which is sad but unsurprising.

I agree most albums since haven't been great although Psychedelic Pill, all the songs that weren't 40 minutes long, were great. There's a great EP of material in there, and probably more good stuff if he tried instead of just being self indulgent. But that's Neil for ya.

Driftin' Back from Psychedelic Pill is quintessential Neil/Crazy Horse imo, and while clocking in at a lengthy 27:50, I wouldn't have minded if it had been even longer.

Yeah love the Psychedelic Pill album!! hot smiley

Album is fantastic. Front to back, just excellent and as classic Neil as you can get. And good to see him in that video. He looks good! I'm so thankful he seems to still be doing well. There's so few as talented as him. We need to treasure it while he's still here. Yes, we have most of these songs already, but as a historical document its great to have it officially out there and I see it getting a lot of play. If you ever liked Neil, this is just a treat. Man, I'm so happy he seems so normal in that video! I was so paranoid he was really sick in this last year.

Oooh that's a nice one. thumbs up
I was hesitant to watch as most of these types of videos from other bands screw up the imagery I've conjured up in my mind when listening to the song on it's own.
This is an exception as it pretty much visualizes exactly what I am hearing - nice and subtle, yet Neil usually always has some nice videos.

On a trivial note, back in the day Neil sent this tune to Lynyrd Skynyrd who were supposedly set to record their own version, but then tragedy struck...

Neil will play tonight at the Farm Aid and there will be a live streaming on YouTube. There's plenty of other good acts whose concerts will be streamed over there too.

Thanks Cristiano!!! smiling smiley

Looking forward to seeing Neil, Willie, and Blackberry Smoke whom I saw open for ZZ Top a couple of years ago and were pretty good.
Kind of an old school yet updated/contemporary Allman Brothers/Lynyrd Skynyrd vibe, and since then they've seemed to gain a lot of recognition.

In my opinion it was as enjoyable as the latest three Stones concerts, but we've had the great bonus of watching Neil's concert on a high quality YouTube streaming.

It was a short set with very well picked songs, but Neil's performances are usually top notch quality, as it was this time.

Neil is on the top of my concert list although I know I won't see it that soon - and that's if I ever have this chance. Go see him while you can! smileys with beer

Thanks Cristiano, that's a great album - From Hank to Hendrix and War of Man are essential tracks.
Will do my best to get it on vinyl - with a limited edition of 5,000, my chances are pretty good. thumbs up

This is a great album indeed, and one of his finest albums, I'd say. I bought this album almost 10 years after its release but some songs I've already had listened on his "Unplugged MTV" album, which is also great.
