Even it was the Stones last show... It's still more 50 years after the Beatles last show.

More than 50 years will be after 2019 - because the final public performance of the Beatles was on 30 January 1969 (rooftop concert) .... winking smiley

Doesn't this classify as a 'private' concert?
Seems more private than the Stones recent Gilette and other such gigs, which this site seems to classify as private.

Till 2023 for sure!
2017 Europe
2018 Asia/Australia/South Africa
2019 North America
2020 South America
2022/2023"Residency Tour" with multiple shows in NYC, LA, Tokyo, London

Residency tour? They didn't even sell out a "one gig residency" in Las Vegas, where people like Britney Spears played dozens of shows.

2017... some shows in Europe, ending in London.

That will probably be it.

Oh boy.
Mick and Keith HAVE been saying Thank You fans, thanks for keep coming back after all these years. Mick said it in Vegas, and in the Desert concerts.
I thought Zipcode 2015 was goodbye to America
Buffolo NY big time fan show,
Quebec goodbye to Canada
OLE tour goodbye to South America
Cuba, well, Cuba and the first to get in w/ the US President
Then some cash on the side Oldchella, Vegas, billionaire.
They've been trying to say goodbye.
We both suck at it. Us, and them.

Probably as well put as any theory.
It has been a great ride.

There are 4 to consider, and family and health. Leonard Cohen is 82 and still touring...I know he is one person and the Stones are 4...but hopefully they are not ready to stop yet, just slow down. Anything they do is a bonus and I agree with bv..don't wait, go to any concert you can...At this point, where makes no difference to me, I will be there. I did plan on Las Vegas for 22 Oct, but couldn't make it, good thing. Mick also has vocal problems in Malaga Spain and cancelled..never rescheduled.

Did I miss anything? His last concert was more than 3 years ago and I am not aware of any tour being planned. But he has a new album out. I would love to see him again, he is an amazing artist.

there's an interview with leonard's son in rolling stone about the new record. he says its unlikely that leonard will be performing in concert anymore. he's in better health than he was but he's still not in good shape.

As long as Mick Jagger is alive and well enough to do it, he will be getting up on stage to perform for his fans... and he will do his best to drag the rest of the band and crew along for the ride. There is nothing else, no drug or sex act, that gives him a better buzz, thrill or high than the one he gets from his audience... and it pays pretty well too.

Yes,The Rolling Stones will tour again.
