Blueranger
An 'important' note:
The 3 concerts are NOT THE SAME as on the DVD / Blueray's from last year.
Several cues are longer, compared to the film's.
Also, 'Beast Of Burden' from Amsterdam has some kind of edit in the film, that does not appear on the audio. More on this later. My guess is that it is just the tip of the iceberg.

The Stones did it again ... I bought mp3s of songs I already have ...
- Paris has the best sound / mastering I think.
- Amsterdam is nice.
- Brixton has a weak recording / mastering compared to the others.
opinions ?

How can you discuss recording / sound quality when you only have mp3 quality?

There is saying that people over 40 do not hear the "missing information" anyway. A good encoded 320mp3 is 90% as good as a wav-track, at least to my ears...

Nevertheless, IMHO Olympia has the best "balanced" Sound, Paradiso is more "raunchy", especially Keith´electric guitar. Brixton has got the "thinnest" Sound, but still very, very good.
Open and play it. And you'll know the answer.Quote

Ok, so the first Stripped was released in 1995.
Totally Stripped then came out last year, in it's various formats.
Now we have the Amsterdam, London, and Paris concerts on Spotify / Tidal / ITUNES etc: will they come out on CD, I wonder ?
Thoughts, please.

Funny to notice that the edits are different comparing the download versions of the shows and the dvd version.
The download of the Paris show is 7 minutes longer compared with the dvd.
The downloads of Amsterdam & London show are both 7 minutes shorted compared with the dvd.

the latter seems to make sense – as far as I remember the DVD of the London show beginns with some backstages scence (the band on their way to the stage). I won'† make sense to put these scence on an audio recording
