Brussels was released as a Deluxe set on Universal / Rolling Stones Records / Promopub.
How do I get a hold of that cd? I really hate that it's not accessible anywhere
If you just want the cd you'll have to order the Brussels/Marquee set from Ward Records for approximately $100.

You didn't have to buy the expensive Ward box, because you could get also Brussels included on more cheap releases at Amazon.jp last summer.
I have no idea if those are still available righ now on amazon.

The cd as well? That's cool, if it's still available.
There is a cheaper version w/o LPs. The simplest one 1DVD+1CD (Marquee 71) + 2CD (Brussels 73) could be delivered to EU by amazon.co.jp under 100 EURQuote

You´re right, the Deluxe Edition is very expensive.
The Ward Marquee/Brussels combo Rocky Dijon mentioned above costs just about 100$. Cheaper but still expensive.

From the Vault - The Marquee Club Live in 1971 + The Brussels Affair 1973 (DVD+3CDs)
For $104.35 still available on [www.amazon.com] .
Or £79.02 on [www.amazon.co.uk] .
If it's still available in Japan, maybe [www.jpc.de] can deliver it too ....
Someone sent me a rip of these Brussels CDs and they are so awfully over-brickwalled, even much more than the download. Everything is clipped at maximum volume. It is unlistenable IMHO. Usually I buy all this stuff but in this case - no thank you!

Not true. At least not for the UMG/Rolling Stones Records/Promopub release.
I haven't heard the Ward release, though.
I posted excerpts earlier of the download, vinyl and cd sound.

Is there an option to just buy the Paradiso DVD, or is it always in a bundle with other CDs, etc?

I don't hear brickwalling on the Ward releases. I have gotten all their vinyl releases and they sound fantastic.

They also recorded some more tracks at the Lisbon studio sessions. Supposedly Down In The Bottom and Still A Fool were tried there among others.

The sound on the Ward release is supposedly more brickwalled than on the download or the expensive $50O release. It was discussed on another forum.
