Bruce Springsteen gives update on wife after revealing rare blood cancer diagnosis: 'It's a tough disease'
Bruce Springsteen gave a glimpse into wife Patti Scialfa's cancer battle after she revealed last month that she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2018.
Due to her health concerns, Scialfa took a step away from touring on the Springsteen and E Street Band tour, which kicked off in February 2023 and concludes July 2025.

Bruce Springsteen's net worth in 2025 is estimated to be $1.2 billion, according to Forbes. He's not doing this to put food on the table, so what is the motivation for the pricing?

I am wondering if the unreleased songs were concerned by this agreement.
I understand why there's a majority segment that wants that, and its probably right to just come out at some point, but selfishly I'd like it to stay locked up. Nebraska is just so perfect as is, I know releasing the electric stuff doesn't taint that, but I just like the mystique of the right material coming out. I guess I just personally don't need to hear what it sounded like in the studio with the band. We have live versions of those songs, and Nebraska is too perfect for me to hear it any other way. But I'm aware thats very selfish and also not rooted in a ton of reality.Quote

I'm still waiting for the E Street Band arrangements of the Nebraska material to be released. C'mon already...

Tracks 2 has been expected for a very long time now. I think it was in his contracts that were released publicly like a decade ago? The most surprising thing about this is that its actually finally coming out. Steep price, I'll just stream it.I understand why there's a majority segment that wants that, and its probably right to just come out at some point, but selfishly I'd like it to stay locked up. Why not re-release Nebraska as an anniversary edition with the bonus electric tracks? We've had re-releases of great albums by other artists including our Rolling Stones with (quote un quote) improved sound and bonus tracks/outtakes like Exile, Sticky Fingers, Some Girls, etc
