but both boxsets were extremely expensive: I paid for one box ca 250 euro incl p&p costs. They even asked extra money because it was a pre order (but that's now not the case anymore, so maybe it's a little less right now).

Yep! You get the dvd of the 12th (aka the 11th), the complete show of june the 13th on 4(!)LP's and four cd's with both shows of the 12th and 13th.
Maybe atsu-y from Hot Stuff Japan has a idea how to get the Japan-only Box set from abroad. Atsu-y is also a member here on IORR.

Same comments as usual from the same "Ronnie Wood can´t play people" here. It´s pathetic, everyone with a little music ear can hear that they sounded fantastic back in 75.

I don't blame Ronnie I BLAME THE WHOLE BAND!!!!
The July 11 gig was bad, one of the worst of 75! If you've listened to a bunch of boots/audience tapes from 75 you'll immediately know :
- this version is tripe
- they could achieve much better results in 75 (okay not in Buffalo on Aug. 8).
39 years ago Jagger made a big mistake : after the July 11 debacle he should have trashed these tapes and call back the filming crew for the next two nights.
By doing that he would have had sth decent to release...

Bought it today in a musicshop in The Netherlands, the DVD and 2 CD version. I am watching right now. Fingerprint File with Mick on guitar and Bill on Syntheziser.
Have the specialists already come to a final conclusion what date the video is from and what date the audio and is it the same as the download album LA Friday?

I am sorry to tell you that the 2 CD ARE NOT the 11th or even the 12th of July 1975 but DEFINITELY the show of the Sunday 13th of July 1975 with the famous "who went to church this Sunday ?"
I just got it 2 hours ago so I had not time to have a look at the DVD

The video is not very good quality. I would say Hampton is better. The sound is great to my ears. Didn't buy the vinyl because I'm not happy about the exclusion of 4 songs. This I would say is an "exploitation of extreme fans". Then again maybe casual fans would buy this? Anyhow, I'm satisfied with the CD/DVD set.
