I was there.I think it was not so bad.The people liked the show.Nobody has the same voice like Bon!!

There's so many things wrong with this it's hard to no where to begin.
Sounds like Axl's gonna blow his vocal chords right through his snout.

My fear from the beginning is that whether consciously or unconsciously, he is gonna blow his voice out for his massive Guns tour he has to go on immediately after this.

Yesterday evening the band arrived on time.9:05 pm.Axl was not late!And he was not an @#$%&!The show was the same like last year.But Axl talked more with the people like Brian.His voice was powerful. If anybody will see the don't go so close to the catwalk.He is very high.You will not see the rest of the band.
If you haven't see the show you should not write hater sentences.I'm a big AC- Fan.I couldn't immagine AC/DC with Axl.But it's ok and really not bad.If they played more shows I think it will be better and better.

Weird but not that bad. Other than the supergroups of the 70s and 80s has there ever been a "high level" pairing like that...other than Mick singing with Hall & Oats of course ;-)

Kudos to Axl to do this. He got balls to step in front of large crowds of loyal fans to replace an iconic singer of an iconic band.

He sounds awesome IMO. Fits perfectly.

I think this is gonna be a really good Tour, and I would love to see at least one gig,but just can't make it.

To quote The Ram from the movie The Wrestler...That's Rock and Roll to me!!!! I am no means an Axl Rose fan by any means but wow this is what rock and roll is all about...

I hope you'll go and review the show you'll attend. I'm dying to see you use your wit and bile on this AXL/DC project.

I had my doubts but Axl did a great job. Love or hate Axl he is a true rocker and he can sing, this combined with a driving AC/DC band it really sounds great. He's got the Brian raunch with a bit more range and a slightly smoother delivery. Of course I never loved Brians vocals much anyway, Bon Scott was untouchable in his vocal delivery, yet never taking himself too seriously.

This is a strange, no, a bizarre configuration. But I've seen ac/dc last year and Brian's voice wasn't good at all. Axels' fits - imo - perfecetely to those songs and the band, an obscure, but very good working melange, at least musically. But for hardcore fans this is without any doubt a nasty epxerience ....

I mean Axl lays the wrong kind of emotion in the songs...too serious. that's ok for the guns but doesn't fit ac/dc.

Let him do it a couple of times and he will become better.
It is an enormous job he has taken on his shoulder.

He knows that any singing he does will be evaluated by millions of AC-DC fans.
We cannot expect him to be perfect on the first night. As I have read in several reviews, he is doing OK and will pick up when engaging more and more with the other ones which right now is difficult - sitting in a chair.

And by all means, sitting down and singing rock is not the most easy thing to do.

Axl sounds fine....
and I kind of hate Axl, but he sounds fine fronting AC/DC

It kind of sucks (and is the fodder for jokes about old rockers) to have the rock and roll lead singer sitting in a wheel chair(throne whatever) but it is what it is.

I wouldn't pay to see this act, but he sounds fine.
It is only Rock and Roll, it is not that big of a deal.

There are a bunch of videos up on YouTube for those who never complain about people who take their time effort to record concerts and post them... however the complainers should never ever (in good conscience) watch any fan recorded concert footage on YouTube.

The guy's so "lucky" he'll be on astretcher by the time the tour hits London...

Remember that at the very beginning of the UYI tour in 1991 Rose twisted his ankle badly during a warm-up club-gig and he had to wear a metallic cast onstage to hold his leg...
